Yesterday we lost a piece of what made the internet feel a little more special in the early years. As a lifelong Diablo player I was super excited when Diablo 3 was announced. I immediately took to YouTube to find out anything I could about the game and stumbled across a channel named T2Darlantan. Just a guy sharing his thoughts and postulating on life, cooking, video games, books amongst a myriad of other topics. He didn’t care about views, monetization, algorithms or the countless other bullshit metrics that have made the internet what it is today. He just genuinely liked to share his life. He passed away yesterday from a battle with cancer. Thanks for making your little corner of the internet one to remember. Rest easy my man 🫡
