We have 2 markets. Same rules - different clarifications.
Traders get screwed over. Let's sink into it.
First market — "What will Trump say during Fox Business interview on April 15?".
We have rules - "The resolution source will be video of the events. Only remarks which are broadcast or streamed live will count toward this market's resolution."
And we have clarification - "Prerecorded footage from this interview will qualify toward this market's resolution if it is aired within timeframe."
Second market - "What will Trump say during bilateral events with Xi Jinping?"
We have rules - "The resolution source will be video of the events. Only remarks which are broadcast or streamed live will count toward this market's resolution."
And we have clarification - “only remarks which are broadcast or streamed live will count toward this market’s resolution.”
Markets have the SAME rules, but a different clarification.
It's a serious violation of market integrity.
It's impossible to traded fair when no can predict how rules of market is has to be meant.
The clarification on the market "What will Trump say during bilateral events with Xi Jinping?" was issued WRONGLY, without due diligence.
We got totally ghosted by the Polymarket team.
Draw attention to this matter.
We expect Polymarket to refund the YES-holders of the market "What will Trump say during bilateral events with Xi Jinping?".

I’m overwhelmed. It’s been one thing after another, and I honestly don’t know how much more I can take.

Revolut has restricted access to around $28,000 of my money since 25 August. I cannot make outbound transfers, use my card, withdraw cash or withdraw crypto.
The restriction began without a clear explanation or any request for documents. Revolut later asked for information, which I provided. More than a month on, I still have no clear timeline for restoring access.
Revolut upheld my complaint and offered £75, but the restrictions remain. I have escalated the case to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
I want to know what justified the restriction, why the review has taken this long, and whether the communication and support I received meet the FCA’s Consumer Duty and the Payment Services Regulations 2017.
Journalists covering banking, fintech or consumer rights are welcome to contact me. I can share the correspondence and timeline.
Loophole in this market rules.
Unless a longer qualifying critical incident occurs before the end of August, the market should resolve based on the ~7h 47m August 17 event we know.
Anyone who wrote these rules probably made a mistake and wrote “August 1” instead of “market creation date.” There’s almost no chance that a new event in August will last longer than the previous ~7h 47m event. So here’s free money for this bracket.
This market will resolve according to the duration of the longest qualifying incident that begins between August 1, 2026, 12:00 AM ET and August 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.

Every single US-Iran peace announcement was made when oil >$100.
this is the TACO ZONE
just look at the timeline :
- March 10 : Oil > $100 -> Trump says the war will end soon
- Mar 23 : Oil = $110 -> Trump postpones strikes on Iranian energy infrastructure
- Apr 7 : Oil = $109 -> Trump accepts a ceasefire
- May 18: Oil $111 -> Trump postpones the planned attack and says there is a “very good chance” of a deal
- July 26: Oil > $100 -> Trump pauses the bombing campaign for diplomacy
this is a powerful indicator if you are trading US-Iran prediction markets.
You can see that Trump's last TACO successfully pushed us out of the zone, and now that we are safely out of it, escalation is resuming with new strikes on Iran.
Basically.
when outside the TACO zone, expect more war.
When inside , expect peace.

Polymarket dumfuqs are so ignorant and so sloppy that to put an end to the race condition that empowered bad actors to cancel their orders, they've put a timelock of 60 MINUTES on on-chain withdraws. Therefore this is no longer your wallet, because you need to use either Polymarket's UI or Polymarket's API. 🤮

Polymarket Perps promises rebates, but charges hidden fees
their fee page says, verbatim:
"Side: Maker
Rate: -0.0050% (+50$/1m$)"
link: docs.polymarket.com/perps/le…
i figured this was a farming opportunity and tested with small size. opened and closed a BTC position with limit orders. got charged 0.0125% per fill. maybe I accidentally sent a market order? tried again. nope, charged again
but it turns out fees actually differ by volume. and I only found out through a curl request to api.perpetuals.polymarket.co…, what normal trader would ever look there?
and to get the 0.005% rebates, you need to grind $1 billion in perps volume over 30 days
meanwhile their docs say: "Every Perps fill uses the same fee schedule, regardless of account volume or maker share"
draw your own conclusions

Binance is arguably the world's largest crypto exchange.
Feb 2026: Polymarket lists a small 5-minute Bitcoin contract. Since then, Binance order flow spikes in the final seconds before settlement; prices revert soon after.
New paper with David Dai and Shihao Yu ( @ShihaoY ): Settlement Manipulation in Prediction Markets (papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.…)🧵
The finding, up front:
Traders push Bitcoin's price in the final seconds to decide the contract. That push makes the price less informative, yet Bitcoin's market more liquid. Market makers are largely insulated; ordinary traders lose $7.6M in two months.
This how gambling addiction is starting in kids.
@Polymarket take action and protect kids from gambling.

We've been quiet recently because Mark Goodwin and I have been working to write the most comprehensive investigation into Polymarket's origins and ambitions to date.
We found that Polymarket's "official" origin story, that Shayne Coplan founded the company alone in 2020 and then built "the company in his bathroom", is a lie. Polymarket really started years earlier as another company called TokenBnk that was deeply tied to Israeli interests, specifically a crypto company founded by Benjamin Netanyahu's niece and nephew. Coplan has actively tried to obfuscate this company from his story and it's not the only thing either.
In Part 1 of this two-part series, we unravel the real history of Polymarket, directly connecting the company to Peter Thiel's efforts to resurrect controversial DARPA programs from its now defunct Information Awareness Office. Polymarket appears to have been chosen by Thiel and his associates to succeed in resurrecting DARPA's Policy Analysis Market where another Thiel-linked company, Augur, had previously failed.
Stay tuned for Part 2, where we explore the current influence of prediction markets and Polymarket, including how an insidious effort to have prediction markets replace representative democracy as a governance model is already being slowly implemented by the White House.

Thank you for the thoughtful read and the kind words! Weeks ago, we completed a study on the "Ghost Fills" phenomenon on Polymarket, a consistency gap in its hybrid off-chain matching and on-chain settlement design where successfully matched orders can fail at settlement. Using our GhostHunter, we analyzed over 1.9M reverted transactions and identified four attack vectors, realized through 35 evolving variants, that blocked the settlement of $1.78B in orders. Moreover, the risk extends well beyond Polymarket: code derived from the flawed contract now appears in 167 independent contracts across 10 chains, holding at least $23M in user funds.
Full paper here: arxiv.org/abs/2606.16852
I just finished reading this incredibly well-written paper where the authors thoroughly studied the ghost-fill phenomenon on Polymarket exchange contracts and outlined all the known strategies the attackers use to avoid their orders getting filled. arxiv.org/pdf/2606.16852

I currently hold around $160K APXUSD-equivalent APYUSD Pendle LP.
My unrealized loss is about $45K.
This is honestly brutal.
When I bought APXUSD, it was presented as a stablecoin product. I never expected it to become something like this.
I’m a @saylor fan. I believe in BTC.
But @apyx_fi , seriously — why not just rename APYUSD to STRC / 100?
