I know PlutoTV's a bit different. But 'Enemy at the Gates' seems a bit too topical (and ironic) right now
I remember this summer when we started the day at 92° in Moab, UT and then drove to ~10k+ ft Leadville, CO where it was 38°. Now getting roughly the same experience in Birmingham (where I had a tank top on this morning - and now it's snowing.) Way less gas doing it this way.
With the death of NBCsn I pity the cable/satellite reps having to field calls wondering why there's suddenly so much soccer on USA network. And more importantly (not really) - where are their Law & Order reruns!?!
Not cheering for Auburn, but how do you overrule that? I'm increasingly warming to the idea that replays need to be full speed. Replay it as many times as you want, but if you can't see a difference at full speed stick with the call.
I guess Roku skipped that whole pesky 'testing' phase to help streamline pushing out the latest update.
I know absolutely nothing about the game it's apparently based on, but I'm hoping Netflix's Arcane helps animation punch through to more adult/mainstream viewers. Gorgeous visuals, fantastic <cough>non-celeb</cough> voice-acting and strong world-building.
My Dark (Netflix) viewing experience:
Season 1: Love this!
Season 2: Ok. Ok. Still character/world building I see. Can't wait to see how this all ties together. Wow! It rains a LOT there.
Final season: If they say 'the end is the beginning' one more time....
Desperately need a nap after a busy week and driving halfway across the state for a XC meet. But the games today ...
Just minding my own business having a happy old Friday and Alexa decides to play Travelin' Soldier . . .
If the crowd noise on TV is anything to judge by, the LSU fans did not pace themselves for an 8p kickoff.
Brighton v Watford being broadcast on NBC proper is like CBS announcing they've chosen Missouri v Vandy as their game of the week.
