Become absolutely clear on:
- What you want (goal & aim)
- How to get there (plan & clarity)
- Why you want to (intention & desire)
Most are stuck because they are assigned a goal they don’t want, given a plan that isn’t clear, and have zero desire to live someone else’s life.

Today's unguided meditation. Average HRV at 141 (personal highest I have noticed) cc @ouraring
Even tho it's a weekend, sometimes you just love some ideas that make you do a brainstorming session. I guess I love solving things for both artists and businesses. Building products is my passion. #ProductManagement #PM #Product
Something I learned from the Sun today. I was in nature, the sun was shining. Randomly clouds covered the sun partly. What did I or Sun do? Let the clouds pass by. This is something I need to learn from the Sun (nature) and let my ego pass by. cc @Headspace
We use "I was thinking" as if we are the generator of thoughts. But actually we happen to observe that thought and explore it. So I feel when we say that "I was thinking" what we are really doing is we got aware of that thought and now we are actively / willfully exploring it.
Some random wisdom I observed. Of course this is the influence of @wakingup and daily mediation with @Headspace
Top-down goals inspire direction, while bottom-up strategy ensures agile adaptation to the journey. It's the synergy of leadership vision and frontline expertise that charts the course for sustainable success. #ProductStrategy #Leadership

I'm thrilled to share that a feature I've been working tirelessly on is now LIVE! Introducing the "By Artist" feature on TikTok, designed to elevate artist's content and music on the platform.

Finally the cat is out of the box.
Happy to be the PM on this feature from the #TikTok side. You can check out the weekly charts in the TikTok app by selecting the round icon on the screen’s bottom corner and then tapping the “Music Charts” button on the top right.
Have been doing this for the last 6 months but didn't have the right words to express why I do this. Echo every word here. Thanks.
Why it's important to me to learn how to run without music or podcasts...
(About to go out for a 1 hour run so this is mostly to remind myself of why I don't want to give in to "ohh just listen to a podcast, what's the harm" -voice😉)
1) Wean my brain off non-stop input. My brain is overstimulated. Reading and listening to podcasts should be a fun learning experience but I've noticed I'm often exhausted from the constant context switching and low-level anxiety of wanting to read/listen to/watch everything that catches my eye. I can barely go to the bathroom without reaching for my phone! This bothers (and scares) me. I want to train my mind to be calm, focused and deliberate.
2) The repetitive and rhythmic movement of running is like meditation. I want to be able to pay attention to my breathing, my posture, the feeling of my feet on the ground—and notice when I'm lost in thought. If I'm listening to music or to a podcast, I am once again in my head—not in my body.
3) The cognitive & creative benefits. The combination of increased blood flow to the brain and the meditative state of running have been shown to improve creativity and problem-solving. If I'm again drowning out my own thoughts with other people's thoughts... not using my mind for what it's designed to do... I'm completely missing out on those benefits.
This post on work-life balance from @SahilBloom made me think. I have been very passionate about what I do (PM at TikTok) and always involved family and friends and this has helped me to have a work-life balance. Thanks Sahil for putting it so well.
