I've been trying to boil down my feelings on the "Why don't GCM players play Bemani games" and as much as I'm stealing @TaroNuke's words here I think it really bears repeating: as a beginner I do not think I have ever played games that actively hate you as much as Bemani games do
(Tone Sphere goated tbh go play it)
But yeah GCM feels like a weird mishmash of very mobile designed games which has just... Never clicked with me as well...
