Silver is the most electrically conductive element on Earth. It beats copper and gold. That's why it's in your phone, your car, and nearly every electronic device you own. Money that also makes the modern world run. 🪙

Did you know the U.S. dollar was originally defined as silver? The Coinage Act of 1792 set one dollar equal to 371.25 grains of pure silver. That's about 0.77 troy ounces. The dollar wasn't backed by silver. It WAS silver. Know your money. 🪙

Due Process Is Not a Formality The Fifth Amendment says no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. Madison wrote that in. Not “unless it’s inconvenient.” Not “unless an agency says so.” Without due process, nothing can be taken. Here’s what that means in practice: a letter is not a hearing. A notice is not a judgment. A demand is not a decision. Every one of those steps has to happen before anything of yours moves. Name one thing someone tried to take from you with a letter instead of a process. 📜 Like....The IRS. Like Tenant Property Tax. Go!

Article I, Section 10: "No State shall... make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts." States are listening. 45 have cut taxes on metals. Gold and silver are legal tender again in: Texas, Florida, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Alabama, Arkansas, Alaska Is your state next? 🪙

Today’s silver history fact October 15, 1794: The United States Mint struck its first circulating silver dollars, but the entire initial production consisted of only 1,758 coins. Instead of entering ordinary circulation through banks, the coins were delivered to Mint Director David Rittenhouse, who distributed many to dignitaries as souvenirs. Why it mattered: The silver dollar was intended as the flagship of America’s new decimal currency. This tiny, presentation-like first issue helped demonstrate that the young United States could produce its own national money rather than depend entirely on foreign silver coins.

Silver is up today, but I’m watching why. Cooling oil prices, easing Treasury yields, and a softer dollar are helping precious metals catch a bid. Silver is up about 2.4%. But the bigger question is whether the physical market confirms the move. Price moves fast. Physical demand tells the bigger story. If you don’t hold it, you don’t own it. Stack accordingly. thesilverstackers.com Patricia Silver Stacker Legalfockeryuniversity.com

Today’s silver history fact April 24, 1944: Saudi Arabia signed a wartime agreement for the United States to supply 3,437,500 ounces of Treasury silver and have the U.S. Mint turn it into 10 million Saudi riyals. Saudi Arabia promised to return an equivalent amount of silver after the wartime emergency. The coins were intended for foreign businesses and diplomatic missions, which exchanged U.S. dollar credits for Saudi silver currency. Why it mattered: Silver coinage was effectively used as international economic aid. Physical silver provided trusted local money while simultaneously helping Saudi Arabia obtain dollars abroad.

TIL that the The Anti-Defamation League is strongly against the IRS protestor movement Huh? What? I was looking into why the DOJ hasn't bothered to attempt to indict Freedom Law School promoter Peymon Mottahedeh. He is currently active on X with no signs of slowing down. And just got a huge push from @laralogan Here is an article published Sept 30th - in one of the top tax media site, tax notes. This is a huge middle finger to CID, I got to say. I do enjoy how open this all is. "Mottahedeh says any efforts by the IRS or Justice Department to prosecute him or seek an injunction against him have been unsuccessful. 'They know they’ll lose,' he told Tax Notes." But the most interesting part ? The actual ADL has a strong stance on IRS protestors for some reason. Look at the screenshot. So is not complying with the IRS anti-jewish behavior? 👀 Anyway, does anyone else remember the time that Donald Trump said the IRS was the idea of our foreign enemies? Who do you think he was referring to? Can a Cheeks defense to the IRS be that you legitimately believe the IRS to be a foreign invasion because the president of the United States said so? Who was Leo Frank? What was 1913? What would Jesus do?

Today’s silver history fact 1247: King Henry III replaced England’s deteriorating silver pennies with a new “Long Cross” penny whose cross extended to the coin’s edge. The design acted as a medieval anti-tampering device. If someone clipped silver from the rim, the missing ends of the cross made the theft easier to detect. Why it mattered: The coin’s artwork helped protect its metal value centuries before milled edges and modern security features. The cross also provided convenient cutting lines because pennies were commonly divided into halves and quarters to make change.

Silver got knocked around this week, but that does not mean the bigger story disappeared. The paper market pulled silver from the mid $60s back toward the low $60s, and volatility stayed high. But this is exactly why I do not watch the screen alone. I watch physical demand, premiums, dealer bids, COMEX flows, and whether buyers step in harder when price gets pushed down. Price can move fast. Physical supply does not. The pullback is the headline. The physical market is the story. If you don’t hold it, you don’t own it. Stack accordingly. Prepare for volatility! Do you know where your IRA & 401k live? No, you sure don't. It's just paper. The people who "manage" it make a commission. It doesn't matter if they get it to grow. You're not in charge of it at all. But it's YOU waking up every day grinding to fund it for your "retirement". Right? Are you ending up with WEALTH? We are! Watch!

Peek inside my Legal Fockery University....Case study from today: Is this a win? Almost but it's still exciting to report! I want to show you how standing works. Sometimes you have to PUSH THEM TO THE LIMIT!! A debt buyer sued our member over a store card. A collection law firm's complaint, a constable, a Motion for Summary Judgment, an affidavit from the debt buyer's own employee, and a one page bill of sale that never named her account. Her first response was to write "I do not consent to these proceedings" on the summons and mail it back. The firm treated that as nothing and moved for judgment. She did that before she came to LFU. Enter Gianna's paralegal research….. We filed an Objection, a Motion for Leave to file a late Answer, the Answer, and her notarized Affidavit disputing the facts. The court set a hearing. The firm's attorney did not show up. About ten defendants were sent home and told to come back in three weeks. Today she came back. This time the attorney appeared. The judge denied the debt buyer's motion! No judgment. The case stays alive, and now the debt buyer has to actually prove it bought her account, prove the contract terms, and put a witness on the stand who knows the original bank's records. The same things it could not produce for the motion!! The judge also said from the bench that our member had familiarized herself with the court and understood the proceedings. See why you have to follow procedure!! She never argued consent, contracts, or sovereignty. She filed what the rules require, on time, and held them to their proof. We hit them with their own process using words as NINJA SWORDS! Tomorrow she is in a different courthouse against a different debt buyer, same law firm, with the same kind of package on file. That is round one. PLEASE BELIEVE ME when I tell you that nobody is following the "rules". If you stand, I/we will find the legal fockery of the situation, and I bet she wins! If they had the standing for the motion, they would have brought it to the hearing!!

Today’s silver history fact Late 1500s to early 1600s: Japan’s Iwami Ginzan mine is believed to have supplied as much as one-third of the world’s silver at its peak. Its high-quality silver was produced using cupellation techniques transferred through Korea. It then entered trade networks reaching China, Korea and Europe. UNESCO documents the mine’s major role in East-West commerce during the Age of Discovery. Why it mattered: Early global silver trade was not powered solely by famous American mines such as Potosí. Japan was also a major source of the metal that connected distant economies centuries before modern banking.

Look what we have here. All the more reason I am creating the #AbolishTheIRS tour in 2027. A former Congressperson is in a paid partnership with the OG of "don't file taxes". My hero, Joe. One odd thing though, when you go to this site and sign up for email, you get sent to a site with 30 year old blogs. Then a link to a telegram group that contained allegedly Joe, some admin dude, and then me, I was the third person in the group. The group does NOTHING. The group says NOTHING. So who is paying for these ads to be on MTG's X handle? 🤣
🚨 Former IRS Special Agent Joe Banister says he hasn’t filed a federal income tax return since after 1998. He isn't in jail. Joe Banister shares his account of leaving the IRS in 1999, being indicted in 2004 on charges tied to amended returns he prepared for a client, and being acquitted on all four counts in 2005. He also discusses his book, his views on how the tax code defines key terms, and his claims about IRS computer systems. Joe and I also talk about the national debt and why we believe Americans should stay informed and engaged with their government. Visit stopthefed.com for the TRUTH behind taxes.
