Pavee Point was delighted to attend the third weekend of the Convention on Education, led by @Education_Ire, and continuing an important process of dialogue and engagement on the future of education.
This week, Pavee Mothers attended the Shaping the Future forum, hosted by the @DeptCDE.
The forum is the final stage of a wider consultation process on the future of early learning and care, and school age care, across Ireland .
Feedback from the forum will help inform Phase 2 of the 'Shaping the Future: the Early Years Action Plan'.

Today Pavee Mothers are at the 'Break the Cycle Conference' in Dublin โ looking to how prevention, timely intervention and family support services can help tackle inequality for children and young people.
This a side event to the official meeting on the European Child Guarantee & is being organised by @eurochild_org, @DeptCDE, @eurofound, @ChildRightsIRL, and @tusla.

On Tuesday, members of Pavee Point's Health and Mental Health Programmes attended the Health Research Boardโs National Conversation on Inclusion Health Research.
Over the last 40 years, a key element of Pavee Point's work has been the development of a methodological approach to research: to inform evidence based responses to the stark inequalities faced by Travellers and Roma in Ireland.

Today and tomorrow, as part of Ireland's EU Presidency, Pavee Point is attending the High Level Event on Anti-Racism at IMMA in Dublin.
The conference will discuss progress on the EUโs new Anti-Racism Strategy and, along with Irish stakeholders, explore lessons and insights from Irelandโs National Action Plan Against Racism (NAPAR).

Pavee Point's Health team are in the @roinnslainte this afternoon for an event in support of the Traveller Road to Hope & Change Campaign 2026.
The campaign launched last week on World Suicide Prevention Day and runs until October 8th - National Traveller Mental Health Day.
