A Florida man says he was 90% covered in psoriasis, battling depression since age 4 and on the verge of giving up โ until he switched to an extreme "lion diet" of nothing but ruminant meat.
Stephen Lashbrook, 50, told Fox News Digital that within a week of committing to the strict carnivore diet on Jan. 1, 2024, his itching and suicidal thoughts stopped. Within a month, his skin began clearing and his chronic pain eased. His daily menu now consists of about 1.5 to 2 pounds of grass-fed ground beef, usually cooked in an air fryer.

Before he was Kylo Ren in Star Wars, Adam Driver served as a US Marine.
He enlisted after 9/11 and served with Weapons Company, 1st Battalion, 1st Marines at Camp Pendleton as an 81mm mortarman. While preparing for an upcoming deployment to Iraq, a mountain biking accident fractured his sternum, and a ruck march made it worse. He was medically discharged in 2004 after 2 years and 8 months. He said later that it took a long time for him to get over not deploying with his Marines.
His service still shaped everything that came next. He attended Juilliard using his GI Bill, and later founded Arts in the Armed Forces to bring serious theater to troops.
He has said that being a Marine is one of the things he's most proud of in his life.
