Building a career is not supposed to be fun. It's hard work. Boring, sweaty, tiring work
Most people who have done great stuff, with successes you see on social media have compounded work overtime. It takes time and an unhealthy load of will power/dedication

If you want to grow fast , help others
Even those who are doing same as you, I remember when I started building, it was so difficult for me to get a Banking/Payment partner, I finally found one after a while and then some founders reached out to me saying they were facing same dilemma , I could have hoarded this access from them and want to be the only one thriving, but I was more interested in collective growth as opposed to individual growth, I gave them all access to this payment partners , that singular act opened up my mind to the possibilities of what I could do for founders and startups and that was the beginning of what would lead to me now leading startups @ournuvion today.
What I’m doing right now at Nuvion is actually monumental , we are enabling an ecosystem of products which would thrive and compete on a Global scale.

“Sponsorships used to be about gaining visibility and hoping your brand would benefit from a ‘halo effect.’ Today’s fans (customers) require more. Are you enriching the fan (customer) experience?”
For the Ziva London pop-up, we didn’t just want to place our logo and banners at the venue and call it a day.
We asked ourselves, “How do we enrich the experience for both Ziva (our customer) and its own customers?”
That’s how we came up with the Nuvion Lounge, a curated space with drinks, soft music and room to sit down, catch up and unwind after shopping.
It was an instant hit.
The Nuvion Lounge gave people a reason to spend time with the brand. A regular banner tells shoppers who sponsored the pop-up, but a lounge gives them a concrete reason to remember Nuvion as the brand that made their afternoon a little better.
It also showed what Nuvion can bring to a business relationship. Ziva is our customer, and we helped them take better care of theirs. That makes our positioning as a banking partner more tangible, especially for other businesses watching how we work with our customers.

Since last Friday, Lendsqr has been battling a wave of cyberattacks.
We are safe, lost no money and no data, and no customer account has been compromised. But we've lost sleep and I have probably drunk a barrel of black coffee.
But that is not because they forgot about us. When a few fintechs got hit in early October, we turned on ourselves, found over 800 issues in our own systems and spent three weeks fixing them. That was three weeks before the attacks reached us.
This wave has been going through the technology world since early October. Binance lost about $6.3 billion after one engineer's laptop was compromised. Railway told every one of its customers to change all their secret keys. Hundreds of developer accounts on GitHub have been taken over with stolen tokens.
Abroad, companies come out and say it, and the next company learns. In Nigeria, we keep quiet. Every company whose people have spoken to me in confidence over the last few days has either been breached or lost money, and not one of them has said a word in public. So, the same people walk into the next company with exactly the same trick.
I'm done keeping quiet about it.
The way in is almost always a developer: stolen GitHub tokens, infected laptops, and fake recruiters sending a "test project" that compromises your machine the moment you open it.
If you are a developer, revoke every GitHub token you have ever created today and scan your machine. If you run a company, turn on two-factor authentication everywhere, remove everyone who has left, change your keys, and pick up the phone when anybody asks you to change where money goes.
I've written up everything: how they came at us, what we did, and every attacker address we saw, so you can check your own logs. The link is in the first comment.
Thank you to Muyiwa Olufon and the team at @hinokisecurity for standing with us.
Abeg, make we speak up. Fraud thrives in darkness.
