The best way to build an AI-ready team? Give people the space to learn, experiment, and build. 🧠
Last week, we partnered with Anthropic to bring their Coffee with Claude series to Pendo, giving Pendozers hands-on ways to sharpen their AI skills and build a culture where curiosity drives how we work. 🛠️
AI agents can write the code. But knowing what to build next? That's where product insights come in. 💡
We are headed to GitHub Universe 2026! Tiffany Kitchen, Head of Product at Pendo, demos how Novus by Pendo connects user behavior to the codebase to uncover product opportunities, identify UX issues, and help teams prioritize what matters most. 🔍

Your AI agent passed evals. 👍
Your users are still stuck. 👎
Before you scale, look beyond system performance. Are your users frustrated? Are they successfully completing their tasks?
See what your evals can’t tell you: pendo.io/pendo-for-agents/
In the game, the flashlight represents what your agent is missing: visibility into everything a user did before engaging your agent.
The pages they visited. The feature they tried. The step where they got stuck.
Without it, your agent is working in the dark. And the user has to explain the last ten minutes of their life. Again.
IRL, with Pendo for Agents, your agent knows the user’s recent activity so it can pick up from where they got stuck and offer a helpful next step.

We once made keeping a pixelated pet alive our entire personality.
We checked in daily. We fed it. We got attached to a handful of pixels. We became invested in helping it thrive.
We need that same energy to get the most out of our agents.
Introducing Floor 404, a game that teaches you how to build a better agent.
Make a little room in your routine. Floor 404 arrives October 7.

🪦 RIP manual tagging 🪦
Tagging a decent-sized app used to take two weeks. Josh Royse, one of our Customer Engineers, now watches teams get it done in a couple of days.
That's AI tagging, in open beta for every Pendo customer. Open the designer and it reads your app's routing and DOM, then streams suggestions with names, rules, descriptions, and product areas. Nothing gets applied until you accept it, and your existing tags stay untouched.
It won't tag your whole app, on purpose. As Josh puts it: "I created 300 tag suggestions in one session. But I still had to decide which of those 300 actually matter. You still need to use your head." 🧠
Admins can turn it on in Settings > AI Access > AI tagging.

Most teams send an email and hope for the best. @Nasdaq built it into the product. 💡
Nicholas Querci and the Nasdaq Boardvantage team used Pendo to turn in-app moments into real behavior change, driving a 240% YoY jump in webinar registrations and 10,000+ passkey adoptions without adding headcount.
Now they're doubling down on feature adoption in 2026, using guided tutorials, in-app resources, and Pendo dashboards to track what's actually working.

Rage prompts? They're the new rage clicks. And they're everywhere.
Repeated, escalating inputs that signal a broken experience...but this time, it's your AI agent users are frustrated with, not your UI.
The behaviors look the same. The fix is different.
We broke down what rage prompts are, why they matter, and how to use them to improve your AI agent before users give up on it. 👉 bit.ly/45AM8nb
The shift from reactive to proactive support isn't just a better experience for users. It changes what your CS team can actually do.
By connecting Pendo's behavioral data to their AI agent, @Teachable's team can see when creators hit friction and reach out before frustration turns into a support request.
The result? A 67% resolution rate on proactive conversations and a 38% open rate on outreach.
