Whole Foods is where local brands go to die, it seems. I check the date codes every time, and they’re often 3,4,5…sometimes 6 months old. This is awful.
Most of this shelf was old.

Yesterday I went to the ER with stabbing abdominal pains and was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer that has spread to my liver. I have undergone emergency surgery and there is a long road ahead.
