A Public Statement Regarding Our Canadian October Drop 🇨🇦📦 Over the past three weeks, our team has been working around the clock alongside our legal counsel to resolve a critical issue with Canada Post. More than 180+ customer packages from our October drop have gone missing. We have clear, verified video footage documenting Canada Post collecting every single one of these parcels from our facility. Despite this proof and extensive escalation, Canada Post has informed us that they cannot locate the shipment. As an independent small business, this is devastating. Between the lost inventory and refufilling costs, the financial impact exceeds $40,000 CAD. However, our priority will always be the people who support us. We refuse to leave our customers paying the price for a carrier's failure. Starting tomorrow, we are personally re-fulfilling every single missing order at 100% our own expense. To our affected customers: you have waited far too long, and we are deeply sorry for the delay and frustration this has caused. You will receive an email with updated tracking information as soon as your replacement order ships. If your order was part of this drop, or if you need to update your delivery address before dispatch tomorrow, please DM us or reach out directly at [email protected] Thank you to our community for your patience, grace, and continued support while we navigate this challenge. @PeteAlper Founder & Owner HKY Jersey
