🚨 TEXAS LAWSUIT SEEKS A FULL PAPER BALLOT HAND COUNT BEFORE CERTIFICATION.
The Potter County Republican Party and its chairman, Daniel Rogers, filed a federal complaint on October 27 asking a court to require a statewide hand count of voter-verifiable paper ballots and records before Texas certifies its November 3 federal election results.
Filed in the Northern District of Texas, the lawsuit names Potter County Elections Administrator Christy Benge in her official capacity and seeks to include similarly situated county election administrators across Texas.
The plaintiffs want:
▪️ A full manual count of human-readable paper ballots and records.
▪️ Comparison of those counts against machine-reported totals.
▪️ Public reporting of the counting methodology and results, while protecting ballot secrecy.
▪️ Results corrected where the hand count differs from electronic totals.
Their argument: voters cannot personally read the barcodes or QR codes used by certain voting systems, and existing audit requirements provide insufficient verification. The complaint cites concerns about cybersecurity, foreign components and potential AI-assisted interference.
Those are the plaintiffs’ allegations and arguments. This filing does not establish that machines were hacked or votes were changed, and it is a complaint—not a court order granting the requested relief.
The plaintiffs expressly say they are not seeking to stop voting, postpone Election Day or invalidate lawfully cast ballots.
My position: every lawful voter deserves an accurate count and a transparent process that earns public confidence. Verification should serve every American, regardless of party.

Israel is an enemy of America.
There are many uniquely bizarre aspects to the US/Israel relationship but the most bizarre is how relfexively pro-Israel Americans will side with that *foreign country* even when they attack, beat, persecute or kill their own fellow Americans.
It's extra surreal, and disgusting, watching politicians who call themselves "America First" -- like Mike Huckabee -- do this.

Four months hospitalized please help- Cody’s Blood Clotting Crisis : Please Help Cody givesendgo.com/Amothersanthe…
Video update soon. We are going to need extensive help getting the word out. Stay tuned please on how you can help Cody get the care he needs. We will be pushing on the hospital and insurance to better understand his case- Please donate if you can, this has taken all we have to keep traveling to and staying in the hospitals for months with Cody to keep him safe and help the providers understand his medication allergies/ reactions and as Cody suffered now EIGHT spinal fractures- we feel the hospital does not have a thorough understanding on how to best help Cody or to transfer him to a facility that has three medically necessary needs unmet for Cody.
This could be catastrophic in his case. Help us make noise… Dad and I will have a video up hopefully today or early tomorrow.
We are likely going to need a calling and writing campaign to the hospital and maybe insurance company.
We WILL fight until we have no more breath to help Cody!
