Millennials love pretending there were isolated shots of people jumping out of windows on live broadcasts of 9/11 and they could totally see that on the 21” CRT TV wheeled into their classroom. Most probably didn’t even have a TV in the classroom and are conflating memories.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Contrary to the post's claim, live TV broadcasts on 9/11 did show people falling or jumping from the towers. For example, WCBS broadcasted such footage live at 9:54 a.m., which anchors and viewers witnessed in real-time. web.archive.org/web/2013103104…
