There's huge potential for using #AI in #localgov but this cautionary tale serves as a reminder to test new digital services before you launch them.
Another big fail from #AI. As a reminder, #LLM are at best great text editors but don't use them for anything else UNLESS you build and feed your own model. YES, you can do that.
