If it is established beyond a reasonable doubt that Jane Doe lied about being raped, she should 10000 percent go to prison for ruining these men's lives. For a long long time.

People are so anti-male that they actually wish Jane Doe was actually raped because if she wasn't their narrative collapses.

Guys if you are a Man in the US of draft age please check this petition out. A survey to determine how many draft-eligible Americans agree with both of the following statements. Sign if and only if you are or will become eligible for Selective Service and you agree with each statement listed below.  A) I believe that requiring me to register for the military draft because of my sex violates my constitutional rights under the Fifth Amendment. B) If the military draft were to be reactivated as-is, I would do everything in my power to resist conscription. change.org/p/draft-eligible-…

This is such a significant, and LONG overdue, ruling that recognizes male victims of false accusations in universities! To truly understand why this ruling is a big deal, we only need to look back to around 15 years ago, when Obama’s April 4, 2011 Dear Colleague letter required the lowest standard of evidence in campus sexual misconduct cases! Naturally, that led to far too many UNFAIR cases. This case itself highlights the severe human cost of that shift. A male student at the University of Maryland was falsely accused in October 2020. A Title IX hearing in August 2021 found him not responsible, with the hearing officer writing that the accuser’s credibility was “significantly undermined” and that forensic testing contradicted her claims. Despite being cleared, the harassment did NOT stop. He was called a rapist, confronted, and removed from the club lacrosse team after the team was told he was a rapist and under investigation. The jury ultimately found the university “deliberately indifferent,” ruling that the harassment was “so severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive that it deprived him of equal access to an educational opportunity or benefit.” His lawyer, Jason Greaves, noted that this is the first time a jury has found that false accusations of rape can constitute sexual harassment, and the first time a university has been held liable for it. As Greaves explained, “A school that will move heaven and earth for an accuser, then declare itself powerless once the accused has been cleared and is being publicly destroyed, has discriminated on the basis of sex.” Greaves also emphasized the intent behind the legal battle: “We asked for only $1 in damages because this case was not about money. Our client wanted accountability.” Ultimately, this verdict establishes a vital legal precedent for male students, signaling that universities cannot simply wash their hands of a wrongfully accused young man once a disciplinary proceeding ends. By holding institutions accountable for post-clearance harassment, the ruling forces a long overdue reckoning with how schools handle the safety and equal educational access of male students who have been cleared of misconduct.

So... she said it was consensual and somehow that is evidence it was actually rape, but he said it was rape so obviously he must be lying and it was consensual Stfu, how much mental gymnastics do you people have to do to spout such BS to defend Jane Doe and her lies?

The fact women think a full head of hair is all there is to life proves women are some narcissistic, nasty motherfuckers.

And a society that promotes women taking no responsibility whatsoever for the same actions that men are crucified for. How is it that everyone can get intoxicated, but only the woman is viewed as "unable to consent"? Our laws are fucked up.
Cornell 7 proves that we live in an anti-male society.

I can't accept how damaged I am by infant foreskin amputation. After so many years, I'm still not able to be at any level of peace with what happened to me. The anatomical damage is very severe. I was cut to a CI-0 at birth and nearly my entire frenulum was removed. No anesthetic was used apparently. My parents admitted I was inconsolable for weeks, and they were pretty concerned at the time. I struggled with irrational terror and fear my entire childhood. This horrific mutilation caused lifelong negative changes to my nervous system and neurological anatomy. Now as an adult, I still deal with the consequences everyday. I hate putting t-tape on my penis everyday to tug on a pathetic tiny remanent of my foreskin, so I can get back a weak imitation of the native foreskin that I should have. I hate how when last week the girl I finally moved onto next base with tried to jerk me off, it felt like a painful rugburn, and I sincerely wanted to blow my fucking brains out in that moment. I was pretending like I was enjoying what was going on. So many moments like that for me in me life. I hate how I can't get an erection for more than 5 minutes without being in pain because the scarline 1/3 of the way down my shaft gets stretched out too much and becomes painful. I hate how I wake up in the night from painful erections. I am just straight up sexually dysfunctional and psychologically unstable. Not only was what happened to me an irredeemable atrocity but the fact that I'm denied any opportunity to get justice for this outright demonic offense is another severe atrocity on top of that.
