昨日、Mac mini M5 Pro 48GBが到着したので、早速@AIBizarrotheのPhospheneを検証。
img2video 720p(自動スケールアップ) 5秒 Balanced設定 で生成2分49秒。
メモリピークで33GBぐらいなので、M6 32GBでは無理。64GBもメモリは必要なかった。
ファンは一瞬回るけど、すぐ静かになる感じ。

This is the argument for open weights. The model sits on your drive and runs on hardware you already own. @AIBizarrothe made these on a Mac.
I think you guys are underestimating what can be done with LTX2.5 🙃
MiniMax H3 is great and all, but it wants 36GB of RAM minimum. LTX2.5 fits on Macs H3 will not run on (for now).
These clips were generated 100% locally on a Mac using Phosphene app. No APIs, 100% creative freedom.

Phosphene now lets you generate a single coherent long video (Previously it could create long videos by stitching multiple clips, but each clip was not connected. Now it creates a single coherent video by feeding the last frame of the prior clip to the next). Finally!
