I was called to run over the rainbow ๐ bridge on Sunday.
I hadn't been well for awhile and Sunday realized the bridge right there with all my friends waving to me!
I ran over the bridge and am surrounded by friends.

Theyโve been through so much; this #ElephantAppreciationDay is all about celebrating just how far theyโve come!
Our caregivers picked out some of their favourite fruits and treats, put together a feast, and waited for the happy chaos to begin.
Itโs our little way of showing them just how loved they are, and reminding them that they deserve all the good things life has to offer. Theyโve given us so many reasons to celebrate them. Today, we wanted to give them one of their own. ๐

Friends! Ron and Cleo often wrestle, and Iโm fine with that. But today I had to intervene because Baby Dog was off-duty, and I witnessed Ron crossing the line. He nipped her bottom! I think he must have forgotten that sheโs a Lady! You will notice the exact moment I enter and how Cleo uses that as her chance to escape!

A few of our newest Chihuahuas and small dogs are now available for adoption!
Many are understandably still nervous, but thatโs exactly why we want to find them homes ASAP. In patient homes that will let them come out of their shells on their own terms, we know they will blossom!
If youโre interested in meeting them, head to our shelter any day. Please bring everyone who lives in your home and any current dogs with their vaccination records.
