Today marks 44 years since the Israeli-sponsored Sabra and Shatila massacre in Beirut. As Israel’s genocide against Palestinians in Gaza completes its third year and its genocidal war in Lebanon continues, we must escalate pressure to end state, corporate and institutional complicity that has enabled Israel’s atrocities to continue for decades. It is high time to suspend Israel’s membership in the UN, at the very least, and impose lawful broad sanctions against its regime of settler-colonialism, apartheid, occupation and genocide.
