If they allowed for us to block regions from our feed, nearly the entirety of X would block all of Africa and South Asia. There has never been a good post that originated from Nigeria, Pakistan, India or Bangladesh. Still, we must endure.

Jumping in with some context. DMCA takedowns cover any media on the platform, including Community posts. When a rights owner submits a valid legal request, we’re legally required to act.
Note, not all removals lead to a strike and creators always have dispute options. If a creator believes their post was removed by mistake or qualifies as fair use or fair dealing, they can submit a counter notification or reach out directly to the claimant to request a retraction.
