Let me see if I’m following along. So ppl are trying to discredit #Timbaland for sampling songs that became classic records in the '90s and 2000s but they haven’t a clue that most of today’s songs sample records from the 90s and 00’s
😂 imagine having to explain this to people who have access to the the World Wide Web in their hands?! Gen-TikTok, it’s past your bedtime.
Look. #Timbaland is one of the 8 greatest producers of all time. Of. All. Time. If you just discovered the art of sampling in 2021, that’s on you. djbooth.net/features/2018-02…
Kids being mad at Timbaland for sampling - a true tenet of Hip Hop - is why album sleeve covers were so important. And also a reminder that Gen-TikTok are fucking dumb.
Everyone knows @Timbaland is a master of his craft. Did you know these three hits sampled these Arabic classics? 🎧 To hear more about the Middle Eastern influence in Western mainstream music (that was once called “Belly dance music”) head to my Plus 1 Radio show on Soundcloud
My G... Hope you are blessssssssed! Congrats on this new one, you don’t miss 🔥🔥🔥. Though, I miss you guys! Soon come the reunion ❤️
