If Microsoft's automated support has told you your hacked account is lost forever, do not give up.
I was locked out of my 20-year Xbox account. I lost my digital library, Discord, YouTube, and years of irreplaceable photos on one Drive.

The Breakthrough: Serving the court claim instantly bypassed the tier-1 support bots. My case was escalated straight to Executive Customer Relations. I did a live screen-share with their engineers to prove their automated recovery loop was completely broken.
If you are getting a payment issue for your Delta Reign pre-order, don't worry—Pokémon Center is aware of the issue and looking into it. The deadline is November 4th, so there's still plenty of time.

Thought I would celebrate @AnthonyDaytv 4 year anniversary while in Liverpool today, who did it better? 😂
After not getting anywhere with @XBOXSupport @MicrosoftHelpt even with supplying sufficient evidence, my only route now is down the Legal Channels and I have started the ball rolling today with this letter to Microsoft’s Legal Team.

After @XBOXSupport @MicrosoftHelps said they can't help me due to the information I gave them lacking, I have replied to them and will be taking it further if Necessary. Just weird how other companies can help without all these hoops.

After @JoshuaKhane got his account back, I'm going back after mine as they do have the facilities to do so, they're just choosing not too. If anyone else was impacted by this, email them as well. Time for @Microsoft @XBOXSupport to do right by their users.

Scalpers have now moved onto @DisneyLorcana as it's worth money, like I've said before Scalpers will scalp anything to make money, what we need to do is stop buying at Market and feeding them.
I see you have helped @JoshuaKhane get his account back but where was my help last year? I lost 20+ years of purchases, emails and files on one drive. @XBOXSupport @Microsoft @MicrosoftHelps

So @Microsoft @Outlook got back to me to say my account did get hacked but rather than helping me get my account back they have just suspended it Indefinetley and this isn't just my Outlook account but my @Xbox account as well. Top Notch Customer Service 🤣

I'm happy this guy got his account back but it's only happened as he has a following and enough noise has been made for Xbox to listen. I got my account hacked back in March 2025 and lost it. I contacted them and put posts on social media but nothing and there are 100s more
Microsoft DELETED my account AND OneDrive!!?? After ACKNOWLEDGING that I’m the owner of the account and that it was compromised???
25 fucking years of data, thousands of euros spended on games?? My son’s baby pictures? GONE!
All because MICROSOFT couldn’t bring back a compromised account??
One of the biggest companies ever coulnd’t do that so they just deleted that shit like it was nothing?? Fucking shame on you!! @microsoftnl @MicrosoftHelps @MicrosoftHelpt @Microsoft
#microsoft #hacked
My account was 20+ years old and loads of games etc on there but because I don't really have a following and nobody really cares it will be lost forever and there are 100s if not 1000s of more people like me out there.
