I genuinely hate “Thinspo!" Please let's stop normalizing starving ourselves. 💖 it’s not good for mental health at all. When I post comparison photos, I’m not doing it as thinspo. I’m doing it to show my growth and progress and inspire others to recover.

Photoshoot I did about 10 years ago! I will get back to this healthy weight again! 💖

I will not try to compensate for yesterday’s intake by undereating today. I will nourish my body today no matter what happened yesterday. I will take care of myself and treat myself with grace. 💖
