In 1992, we took a fleet of DC-6 aircraft and sprayed much of Vancouver with an organic pesticide...from a height of 300 ft.
I was director of communications for the project. Here’s why transparency and credibility is critical in any crisis including #coronavirus.

🇨🇦 ON THE FRONT LINE: Canadian Troops Move East to the Russian Border -
NATO's entire Canadian-led brigade in Latvia is actively deploying east toward the Russian and Belarusian borders.
This mass mobilization marks the first time the full force has moved out together for a multi-day tactical exercise.
Soldiers are now currently digging into defensive, battle-ready positions along NATO’s eastern flank to test against Russian threats.
Operation REASSURANCE is Canada’s overseas deployment, featuring around 3,000 troops from 14 NATO nations.
Over 2,000 of these are members of the Canadian Armed Forces.
As regional tensions climb following the war in Ukraine, Canadian troops are shifting from a passive deterrence role to an active "RTD" posture.
Canadian infantry, tanks, and engineers are now on high alert as Latvia faces hybrid warfare, including cyberattacks and drone incursions.
This push from their main base in Adazi is designed to implement tactics and show that the brigade is completely prepared to defend allied territory upon eruption of conflict.
Canadian soldiers are now mobilizing eastward, demonstrating the nation's commitment to global security and freedom.
Keep an eye on this developing mission overseas as it develops, Canada.
Our Canadian Forces need our support more than ever right now.

Who would hack both the Ukrainian emergency systems and the Russian emergency systems at the same time and send fake alerts of nuclear strikes
Why and who would do something like that

My deepest sympathy to this individual's family. I'm being briefed on this situation, and my team is in close coordination with public health and agriculture officials. Workers at affected farms are advised to take safety precautions, but the risk to the public remains low.

This is such a significant loss that will be felt for years. The burn injuries and trauma will be most visible. But, many blast injuries are invisible and stick with soldiers for years.
Blast-induced traumatic brain injuries need professional attention and early assessment. To soliders affected by this horrific accident, please reach out to your medical cadre to be assessed for any neurological changes like headaches, dizziness/balance problems, or speech or thinking difficulties. Early intervention makes a huge difference, and can protect your livelihood.

A massive fire killed and injured multiple people at Canadian Forces Base Wainwright in eastern Alberta late Saturday afternoon.
Around midnight, seven Canadian Forces members parachuted onto the football field of the local high school across the street from the Wainwright hospital. They were soon met by a helicopter that touched down to unload medical equipment, including what appeared to be a ventilator that the troops wheeled into the hospital.
A code orange was declared at several emergency rooms in the province to coordinate a response and air ambulances were dispatched from Edmonton and Saskatoon. The exact number of casualties has not yet been not confirmed.
