I’d have thought you’d have got used to it with all the ‘unelected’ Tory PM’s we’ve had, but the British constitution is set up so we vote for the MP and they choose who leads them, always has been.
You know that feeling when you have an unelected Prime Minister with no mandate who tries to buy his way into favour by fiddling with little things while ignoring all the big problems faced by the country? He needs kicking out at the next general election.

A scammer called. He had all the details of my remediation claim with @ToyotaUK. I called @ToyotaFinancial to advise of a data breach. The agent would not put me through to fraud saying "not possible". 1 of my job titles is Head of Fraud EMEA. Will Toyota read this & contact me?

The National Academy of Sciences. What utterly pointless destruction from Putin. It’s Europe’s greatest challenge right now to rid ourselves of this imperialist monster.
A Russian strike against the building of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. A rescue operation is underway: crews are putting out the fire and searching for people who may have been trapped inside. All services are deployed. Today in Kyiv, a pharmaceutical company and gas stations were also attacked; in Dnipro, a business center; and in other cities and regions, civilian facilities, businesses, and communications infrastructure were targeted as well. Sadly, people have been killed… My condolences to their families and loved ones. Russia will definitely face a response to this. And every one of Ukraine’s partners must see from this terror, from these strikes, that supporting Ukraine means truly supporting people’s lives – supporting the principle that terror must never be normalized, anywhere. Russia must be held accountable for all of this and face real consequences. I thank everyone who helps Ukraine!

Hypocrite and grifter
Reminder - Tory embarrassment Whately is a millionaire on £113,612/yr salary. Yet taxpayers cover her London second home expenses (£39,000 a year). Council tax, water, electric, everything! Meanwhile, she wants to cut benefits for disabled people living on from £11k to just £7k.

Another transparently pathetic attempt to smear rewilding and ecological restoration by suggesting weedy pavements are terrible examples of ‘rewilding’. They’re not. This is just another manipulative attempt disinform and sow negative ideas in our heads. It’s quite deliberate.
So many UK pavements are covered in weeds and grass. It looks terrible. Local councils letting grass and weeds grow on pavements for rewilding to “increase urban biodiversity” is creating an ugly mess on our streets. Rewilding = can’t be arsed to clean. Councils are using ‘biodiversity’ as a smokescreen for laziness. Councils should do their jobs properly and use our ever-increasing amounts of council tax to properly clean up our streets.

Water company fines paid for by their customers🤬
"Southern Water fined £2.4m over multiple incidents of sewage pollution in Kent." That of course is on top of the £7.1 million they were fined back in July, the £90 million they were fined back in 2021, or the 107 environmental offences they've been found guilty of in the last 15 years. Really, what is the point? itv.com/news/meridian/2026-0…

An excellent visit to @PictonGarden this afternoon, as I was 'passing'. Always worth popping in, whatever time of year. Gardens are looking great, both fernage in the shade and colourful daisies in the sunshine. Huge range of asters available in the nursery.

If we didn’t have decent armed forces, they’d likely be bombing already I grew up wondering why Isreal kept on doing unto others what they (rightly) complained about others doing to them They didn’t look for peace or do reasonable then and only seem to have gotten more extreme

Mike, you missed the bit about Orr admitting that the proposed illegal donation had been done previously and named (redacted on film) names. Those admissions MUST be investigated by the Met Police and Electoral Commission.
