Imagine when pDAI “influencers” are finally getting their comeuppance - and end up in court: Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, This case is about a token that was never a stablecoin, a set of claims that were never true, and a group of people who spent years telling others lies - to enrich themselves at the expense of very naive would-be investors. When PulseChain launched, it duplicated the state of Ethereum. Every address that held DAI received a corresponding balance of a new token on the new chain. That token has the same contract address format as DAI. It has none of the systems that keep DAI near one dollar. There is no overcollateralized vault system actively managing it. There is no redemption window where one pDAI can be turned in for one dollar or one real DAI. There is no functioning peg-stability module backed by external reserves. Its price is whatever buyers and sellers on PulseChain agree to pay - and for years, that had been a fraction of a penny! What the evidence will show is that a large number of accounts—dozens of them, posting regularly over multiple years—described something else. They called pDAI a stablecoin. They said it was “inevitable” that it would reach and hold one dollar. They pointed to forked contracts, vault deposits, oracle readings, and specific wallet transactions and told their followers these were the mechanisms that would force the peg. They spoke of multi-billion-dollar collateral capacity and defense systems that would protect the price. They framed the outcome as programmed, as already in motion, as something a person could rely on. These were not occasional comments. The same accounts returned to the claim again and again, often with new on-chain activity presented as fresh confirmation that the peg was close. When the price remained far below one dollar, the explanations adjusted but the certainty did not. New vaults, new interpretations, new timelines appeared. The core message stayed the same: this token will be worth a dollar, and the system will make it so. The evidence will also show what those statements produced. People bought and held on the basis of them. Later buyers provided the liquidity that allowed earlier or larger holders to sell. The real-dollar liquidity available in the ecosystem remained a small fraction of the stated valuations. The mechanisms that were described never operated as a working peg. Independent descriptions of the token—including some that appeared inside the same community—stated plainly that pDAI floats freely and has no Maker-style collateral system. A disclaimer that says “not financial advice,” or a phrase that says the outcome “requires belief,” does not change the content of what was said or the context in which it was said. When a person repeatedly tells an audience that a specific token has a path to a dollar value through described mechanisms, and those mechanisms do not exist in working form, the label attached to the statement does not erase the statement. You will see the posts. You will see the dates. You will see the price over the same period. You will see that the claims continued after the absence of any functioning peg system was observable to anyone who looked at the token’s actual design. The question for you is whether that pattern reflects an honest description of how this token works, or whether it reflects something else. The evidence will let you decide. #pDAI @DOJFraudDiv @INTERPOL_USA @INTERPOL_HQ

PulseChain explorer beta is usable. Custom backend. Fast. Works. Go + ClickHouse for the nerds. Planned etherscan API compatible + MCP, kinda mostly working. Internal txs, NFTs, balance history & verification still need work. New UI next. Maybe ETH/PLS bridge tracking too. RH drama? We can write code. It’s our chain. Try it. Lmk what breaks. On to the next thing. scan.pulsefusion.io #PulseChain

Right now we have 2 independent bridges in and out of PulseChain. The rest are layers on top of those. So Would #PulseChain be interested in having another bridge maybe a bridge that uses stablecoins. If you run validators and are interested dm or comment.

⬇️HEX reduced its circulating supply in September to 52.2B HEX. Who says HEX is inflationary? We are at the brink of deflationary supply for HEX this year, which is exciting. HEX on Pulsechain reduced its circulating supply from 52.4B in August to 52.2B in September. HEX on Ethereum stayed almost stable from August’s 58.2B to 58.3B. See it on Shard: shard.work/pulsechain/trends…
HEX trading volume retraced a bit. But is still trending upwards in September. $2.9M was traded of HEX on Ethereum, and $12.2M worth of HEX was traded on Pulsechain for the past month. See on Shard: shard.work/pulsechain/trends…

Yes I dumped... 10,000 Hex and bought a go chart when Hex was like 4 cents. Um...I got plenty more than my 10k Hex back. So basically Free go-kart. I donated 11k to the highest of stakes... That was about 100,000 hex at the time. Yeah...I bought a little more than that back. I paid 3k to initiate the "Hex community vs CMC case. Total 45k hex at the time. Sacrificed 15k in Hex to pls and plsx Bought all that hex back too. But my bags and TShares are more today than I have ever had. Can you say the same? No one should tell you when you can and can't take profit. Obviously you are going to make moves you believe to your benefit. I have made $160k. My bags are larger not smaller. If my bags go to Zero ..I still made $160k I didn't not lie cheat and steal to do it. I didn't run out of money and use my audience to fund my life style or bail me out. I was already funded. None of us are required to share anything about what we do with our money. That includes RH. I just like the haters to know there is absolutely no market conditions in which I lose no matter how much they are desperate to see it. Most people are trying to exit. They never think to buy it back and grow their position. Crypto can provide you a lifetime of income after your dollars are spent. When you Exit you exit your ability to produce. That's a bad trade.
#hexflex when you can justify buying silly stuff you couldn't justify before. Cost 10,000 #hex Feeling like a kid...priceless

Thank you @bretep & the #PulseChain dev team for keeping the chain operating, as well as pushing updates while @RichardHeartWin is locked up. The community is currently proving in real time that the blockchain is sufficiently decentralized & not dependent on any single party

Dear crypto leaders @cz_binance @VitalikButerin @toly @brian_armstrong @EricTrump, The reported arrest of Richard Heart in Turkey raises serious concerns about due process, property rights, and how governments apply local laws to crypto. Whether you support Richard Heart or not, these principles matter to everyone in crypto. We ask you to stand for his right to fair treatment, due process, and a fair trial. Today it is Richard Heart. Tomorrow it could be anyone.

The INTERPOL red notice was requested only by Finland (issued December 2024). The offence listed on it is aggravated tax fraud (törkeä veropetos) covering roughly June 2020–April 2024. The well-known U.S. case was a civil SEC lawsuit from 2023 alleging unregistered securities offerings (HEX, PulseChain, PulseX) that raised over $1 billion and misappropriation of ~$12 million. That case was dismissed in February 2025 for lack of personal jurisdiction; the SEC did not refile. There is no reported U.S. criminal indictment, no U.S. red notice, and the U.S. is not seeking his extradition.

PulseChain is better than XRP, and most other things. XRP just had an infinite mint inflation bug. Luckily, responsibly disclosed for a $250k bounty instead of exploited. Or you know, you could just use PulseChain and stop playing with garbage... PLS has The legendary ETH testnet

Headline #HEX inflation prints at ~3.69%, but looking closer at the Origin Address (OA) changes the math entirely. Depending on the model, the OA appears to absorb roughly 86% to 90% of total mined payouts. If OA absorbs 86%: ~0.52% public inflation If OA absorbs 88%: ~0.44% public inflation If OA absorbs 90%: ~0.37% public inflation When early participants locked massive scale during the high APY era of day-one staking, heavy OA concentration was arguably a structural necessity to absorb the initial weight and secure long-term longevity. Does this silent supply sink change how you view protocol sustainability? #HEX #PulseChain #Ethereum #DeFi

@RichardHeartWin With respect, from a long-term whale in the ecosystem. ProveX is catching a bid today while HEX took a sharp hit a few days ago, roughly 20%, as large stakes ended and sold into the market. It looks like capital is rotating out of mature HEX into the newer token because ProveX is simply easier to move. HEX has years behind it, and its inflationary design is weighing on price over the long term. Suggestion, offered with respect: lower HEX inflation further, and add deflationary mechanisms and tokenomics that outrun the emissions from HEX, PLS and INC. Core supply has to disappear faster than it appears. Only a net shrinking supply gives these tokens durable price performance. My setup is ready. Just need PulseChain to come alive.
