■ شاركت امس الجمهورية الصحراوية في أشغال المنتدى القاري رفيع المستوى حول تسريع النهوض بالصحة المجتمعية في إفريقيا، المنظم بالعاصمة النيجيرية أبوجا خلال الفترة من 28 إلى 31 أكتوبر 2026، بمشاركة ممثلي الدول الإفريقية والشركاء القاريين والدوليين.
■ ويناقش المنتدى القاري رفيع المستوى الاستراتيجيات الافريقية الرامية إلى تسريع تطوير برامج العاملين الصحيين المجتمعيين، وتعزيز دورهم في تقديم الخدمات الصحية الأساسية، إلى جانب تبادل التجارب بشأن التحديات والفرص المتاحة لتطوير الصحة المجتمعية في إفريقيا.
■ ويتناول المنتدى رفيع المستوى السياسات الوطنية في مجال الصحة المجتمعية وآليات التمويل المستدام، وتبادل التجارب بين الدول المشاركة، فضلاً عن إعداد وتطوير خرائط الطريق الوطنية، وتحديد الأولويات والالتزامات والاحتياجات التمويلية، وتعزيز الشراكات الداعمة لتنفيذ البرامج الصحية.
■ كما ركزت المداولات على متابعة الخطط الوطنية وتحديثها، وتحديد الإجراءات العملية الواجب تنفيذها خلال الفترة المقبلة، بما يسهم في تعزيز التغطية الصحية الشاملة وتقوية النظم الصحية والأمن الصحي في القارة الإفريقية.
■ ويمثل الجمهورية الصحراوية في هذا المنتدى الأخ حياي أحمد بابا حياي، مسؤول القسم المركزي للإعلام والتحسيس بوزارة الصحة العمومية.

🇪🇭 من ولاية أوسرد، حيث تنبض القلوب بحب الوطن، وترتفع راية الحرية شامخةً في سماء الصمود والتحدي!
حين يكون الوطن في قلب المعركة، يقف الجميع صفًّا واحدًا خلف العلم، موحّدين في الموقف، ثابتين على العهد، لا تهزّهم التحديات ولا تثنيهم المؤامرات عن مواصلة النضال حتى تحقيق تطلعات شعبهم المشروعة.
الشعب الصحراوي، بكل مكوّناته، يقف اليوم صفًّا واحدًا رفضًا للمسودة الأمريكية المقدَّمة إلى مجلس الأمن، مؤكدًا تمسّكه الراسخ بحقّه غير القابل للتصرف في تقرير المصير والحرية والاستقلال.
من مخيمات العزة والكرامة، تتعالى أصوات الجماهير الصحراوية لتقول للعالم أجمع: إن إرادة الشعوب لا تُكسر، وإن الحقوق لا تسقط بالتقادم، وإن الشعب الصحراوي الذي قدّم التضحيات الجسام على درب الحرية لن يتنازل عن حقّه المشروع في تقرير المصير وبناء دولته المستقلة.
لا للمساومة على الحقوق، لا للتنازل عن الثوابت، ولا لأي حلّ يتجاوز إرادة الشعب الصحراوي وتطلعاته الوطنية!
عهدٌ على درب النضال، ووفاءٌ لدماء الشهداء، وتمسّكٌ بالعلم الوطني حتى تحقيق الحرية والاستقلال.

Tindouf is a very harsh, difficult environment. For more than 5 decades Sahrawi refugees have endured separation, uncertainty & a painful wait for a promise to be fulfilled: to excercise their right to self-determination.
Right/dignity of ppl cannot be bargained in exchange for little improvement in living conditions. Fate of Western Sahara is the most consequential test facing the UN.
It tests whether the UN will uphold the principles/purposes of its Charter:

Oxfam has assisted Sahrawi ppl in Tindouf since 1975. 173K refugees live in 5 camps where we work: recent survey has found malnutrition among children; inadequate supply of water; nearly 1/2 population is living with a disability.
Oxfam supports a just, lasting & mutually accepted solution that provides for self-determination by Sahrawi ppl. They must be included in the negotiations.
4 priorities for action:
Ensure enough support for humanitarian access
Restore protection capacity, inc legal protection
Investment in water infrastructure
Formal, meaningful Sahrawi participation in peace process: Oxford representative for Sahrawis in Tindouf
