Bury Pot Black FC

26/01/25 we travelled up the road to play high flying @burytitansfc.. The game could of gone either way but some costly mistakes at the back cost us the game, loads of positives taken from the game.. Good luck in the next round of the cup @burytitansfc @bury_sunday

First game of the new year we had ourselves a tough fixture in @Mendleshamfc first half we battled hard and missed some key chances to go up and the got punished. Second half we battled just couldn’t break down a good team.Proud of the boys and same again next week! ❤️⚽️

Last game for us this n 2024 end in yet another defeat.. very poor standard from the boys and of individual errors cost us.. I know losing every week isn’t fun but thankful for the lads that turn up each week! Have a great Christmas 🎅 everyone at @bury_sunday

We back to league action with Bury Bears. Decent game of football we battled well and tried to play the right way of a terrible pitch. Could have gone either way and probably the draw was the right result. First point of the season! ⚽️🎱❤️

WE REMEMBER THEM 🫡❤️

Bit of same old same old, mistakes cost us in the defence nothing going forward and couple more injuries accounted 👍🏼 loving Sunday football. @Mendleshamfc fully deserved the win a very good organised team. UPTHEPOTBLACK ⚽️🎱

Looking for two or Three committed players that would be interested in playing for a Sunday League side Division Three.. We are new team and has struggled with injuries so if you wanna play and have a run about send us a DM Thanks! @bury_sunday

So on 03/11/24 we took on @RisbyGreensFC. First half was the worst possible start to a football match going down 9-0. Few words at half time, Second half was a lot better defensively and going forwards only conceding one goal. Well done to @RisbyGreensFC ⚽️

So we played Ixworth FC in the division three cup, we struggled for numbers this weekend and managed to sign a 56 years Matthew Bugg who came out of retirement. Again lots of positives but went down 2-1.. Good luck to Ixworth in the next round..

So that’s back to back to back 3-1 defeats, definitely some positives in taking from the game.. hopefully we can learn from our mistake that keeps happening. Good Luck to Ixworth in the next round.

13/10/24 We played in the Open Cup Second round Against @AFCDragonfly, A very good game of football which unfortunately we came second best 3-1 to our visitors. Good luck to them in the next round. Next week our playing at home to Ixworth FC

Unfortunately our game against Bury Bear FC yesterday had to be cancelled due to a bad injury. We was 2-1 down when the injury happened. Hope you have a speedy recovery Chris Roberts. Our next game is at home to @AFCDragonfly in the cup!
