Power Plate Tip #3
Don't jump straight to the highest frequency. Higher isn't always better.
Different frequencies are designed for different goals, from mobility and recovery to strength and performance.
Start with the setting that matches your objective, then progress as your body adapts. Train smarter, not just harder.
Power Plate Tip #4: Keep the straps under tension. Why use Power Plate straps? Pulling them taut transfers the vibration into the upper body, adding resistance and muscle activation to rows, curls and shoulder exercises. Slack straps will not create the same stimulus.
