I'm a modern conservative sick and bored of the GOP. We need to stop fearing change and start boldly pursuing a new, freer American dream.

As a former prosecutor, I agree with the saying that any prosecutor “can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich.” So when the grand jury refused to indict Cassidy Hutchinson, that means there was no real evidence. Another huge embarrassment for the corrupt @AGToddBlanche.
Breaking news: A grand jury rejected the DOJ’s attempt to indict former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson for the account she gave lawmakers of President Trump’s actions during the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, according to people familiar with the matter. wapo.st/4jFAkbz

I’ve had the burger at Mar-a-Lago It sucks
Trump's affordability message: "You could even come to Mar-a-Lago. You'll be my guest. The problem is that for $5,000 the most you'll be able to buy is a hamburger and maybe a small dessert. I'm not even sure you could buy that! No, don't go there. It's not a good place if you're price conscious."

This is a huge failure for the administration. They didn't even have enough evidence to get an indictment. 🤡

Trump supporters im BEGGING you. Please realize DT is so fucking full of shit. It doesn't matter that you hate Democrats. Nothing will get better if you continue to allow your politicians to lie to you.
JUST IN: Trump has said that Norway "sucks" and is a "sh*thouse country"

If we want politics to work better for us, we NEED to start caring more about local government. They have the power to make the quickest and most stable change in our real lives. They are the ones who have to care about what each of us had to say. And it is possible to further enable local government, we just have to decide that's what we want.

Is this the reputation we want as Republicans? Spoiler, it's not. We need to start electing representatives who are bold in their values BEFORE they are lame ducks.
Funny how every Republican starts speaking their mind once they lose

Loyalty in politics should be to values and good ideas, not to a party. Loyalty to party over truth and progress is how we got to this. Only radical loyalty to the truth can solve it.

Imagine the good that conservative minds could offer to the problems facing us, even working with Dems. Instead of producing positive change, slick GOP politicians survive by culture war grifting. If you can see it, then you understand my whole point. We need to be bold.

Churchill could have shortened WW2 by years if he had just “done a deal” with Hitler. George Washington could have done a deal to end the American Revolution. Zelenskyy is in good company.

A governor’s only priority should be making life better for Ohioans. That’s why I sold all of my individual stocks over 6 months ago so that no Ohioan would ever have to worry about where my priorities lie. Meanwhile, Vivek Ramaswamy has refused to sell his holdings in data centers and other industries Ohio’s governor will be responsible for regulating. Ramaswamy is only out for himself. The longer he refuses to put Ohioans before his own stock portfolio, the clearer that becomes.

You know what's third world? - Broadcasting a live execution - Allowing politicians to profit from their political office all the way from the lowest levels through President and not caring - having the president tell you to put Lysol and UV light in your lungs during a national pandemic, then blame the chief scientist for misinformation - having the president sell his buddy's cars on the white house lawn - having the president have his home pool cleaner get paid millions of dollars on a no-bid contract to do a fucke-ass job on the reflecting pool - having a president insist his name be on everything including the Kennedy center and then threaten to tear it down when he doesn't get his way - having the president protect the billionaire class pedophiles because they're his friends, despite making promises to do the opposite which got him elected - having the president pardon wealthy fraudsters for money and then accuse the other party of being pro-fraudster - having the president allow his buddy Elon, who has billions of govt contracts, run a department supposedly cutting waste, fraud, and abuse, only for the department to have actually cost money and saved none - having the president continuously fire members of his cabinet for ridiculous fraud scandals and crackpot bullshit, while en mass still believing that he "hires all the best people" - having the president and his minions not give a shit when Americans die in a stupid war that his sons are profitting off of - making policy decisions based on, and focusing public office on, one specific religion despite your nation promising religious freedom - forcing young and underage women to risk their own lives for 9 months of personal hell with nonviable babies and their rapist's babies - not having a solution to healthcare as a nation - not having food and job security for citizens - having consistent mass shootings including in schools - having extreme wealth and race disparity - promoting anti-science and anti-education policy - being so easily convinced by cheap political scapegoating that immigrants are the problem instead of the billionaires and ineffective politicians - having elections and politicians bought and paid for by - having commentators like you who spout bullshit because theyre paid for it by the billionaire class or worse because they've actually deluded themselves into thinking they're making positive change. MFer give me the third world ANY DAY over WASPs like you. They will work hard in pursuit of the American dream and stop shoving their shitty policies down my throat every damn day.

There is a war in Ukraine because Russia invaded Ukraine. Putin can end the war tomorrow by withdrawing his troops. No American would surrender 20% of American territory for “peace.” Nor should we demand that of anyone else.

This is a good point I forgot to make. Why now? Where my conspiratorial righties at? This information has been with the admin this whole time. Well documented. Why did they wait until just right now?
You can disagree with Rep. Ilhan Omar on every vote she's ever cast and still see that something is very wrong here. Federal agents raided a sitting member of Congress's home and are now working to strip her citizenship, just two weeks before Americans head to the polls. The timing speaks for itself. When an administration turns law enforcement against political opponents in the middle of an election, every citizen should be worried, regardless of party. We need a strong, secure immigration system that enforces the law fairly and keeps politics far away from it. wsj.com/politics/policy/ilha…

This is a sad moment. We are stepping further into the wrong side of justice.
The White House has blocked the transfer of Patriot missiles to Ukraine, US officials have said.
