Morning from the castle and our Year 6 children. Bags are being packed and prepared for our departure after lunch. The rain is pouring but we’re prepared for it!
Ready for more adventures. It’s a fantastic place and everyone is doing really well. It’s been another fab day.
Another morning in Derbyshire. The children slept well again and are preparing for another full on day.
We’ve had the craziest time doing tug of war in the pouring rain this afternoon. Mud everywhere! Steam coming off children. It was a truly memorable experience.
Another good night at the castle for Y6. Children slower to rise this morning but all good and ready for another day.
Our Year 6 children are now all settling down in bed. We’ve had a great day and have been lucky with the weather as we seem to have dodged the worst of the rain today. Now pouring so hoping it clears for tomorrow!
We made it to the top this morning. A seriously long hill walk. Now getting ready for our last activity before bed.
Morning from the castle. We’ve had a good night’s sleep and a full English in preparation to walk up into the fog on the top of the hill.
