Thank you to the @blmfire and @forestservice firefighters for allowing our Fire Science students to participate and interact with a "Mock Fire" in Hidden Valley today! Great experience for our students to simulate real wildland fires and how they are responded to.

Very Proud of Abigail Rodriguez & her dream of preparing meals for the @eddy_house using our Culinary program’s resources. This week her dream came true & she very thoughtfully named the program after Chef Wright’s wife who sadly recently passed. Great Job Abigail!! #wcsdproud
So thankful for local organizations who volunteer their time to show our @aactreno students real life ways to use their skills and knowledge to make our community better! #wcsdproud nvwea.org/post/clear-waters-…

Thanks so much for supporting our Culinary Program, @SuptEnfield We’re very #wcsdproud of @CheffredReno and his amazing students!
Being a superintendent has its perks! Yesterday I enjoyed delicious treats prepared by our @aactreno student chefs as part of their culinary accreditation site visit. Did you know that this is one of only two culinary programs accredited in Nevada? @WashoeSchools #WCSDProud
