In Brighton this morning with @ProBaristas at One Church. Vaulted ceilings and gentle measures to ensure separation and much needed ventilation. Plenty happening in this coastal hub for hospitality with over 100 #eatouthelpout businesses in the town centre.
Stuff we’re learning:
- 100% of our current barista course = women.
- Stay connected with out-of-work coffee people.
- New cafe models are rapidly supplanting old.
- Consumers really want ethically sharp coffees - direct to their home.
