International Criminal Court chief prosecutor Karim Khan's sexual misconduct was used by Netanyahu to try to escape the charges against him, even though they were the product of a full team of prosecutors and approved by three judges on the ICC pretrial chamber. Khan's dismissal removes this deceptive argument. The charges are valid and will stand.
