Actually normal conservatives woke up one day and just found a bunch of disenfranchised liberals riding our coattails and calling it a coalition. After getting comfy with us, we’re now being asked to compromise on our civilization building ethics. It’s all pretty manipulative…

I’m in the car with close friends getting food and trying to calm down.
Youmacon staff took my badge and told me to leave before law enforcement got involved. I was given no real explanation.
Given the timing, it feels retaliatory for daring to criticize them about handling of Kirsche's cancelation.
I’m fucking furious and devastated.
So I made a pair of baked potatoes today but then felt a bit sick and tired so went to bed without eating them. Woke up and they'd gone cold. So I chucked them into the air fryer for 15 minutes just to reheat them. And they were... amazingly good. Definitely worth doing again.
They're both the same target, one is just further along the same road. The correct answer is to exclude both completely from everything, because their vote is worthless due to the subversion they create by seeming to normalize things that should never be normalized, thus justifying Robert Lewis Dabney's condemnation of conservative values.

BREASTMILK
She thought she was studying milk.
What she uncovered was a conversation.
In 2008, evolutionary anthropologist Katie Hinde was working in a primate research lab in California, analyzing breast milk from rhesus macaque mothers. She had hundreds of samples and thousands of data points. Everything looked ordinary—until one pattern refused to go away.
Mothers raising sons produced milk richer in fat and protein.
Mothers raising daughters produced a larger volume with different nutrient balances.
It was consistent. Repeatable. And deeply uncomfortable for the scientific consensus.
Colleagues suggested error. Noise. Statistical coincidence.
But Katie trusted the data.
And the data pointed to a radical idea.
Milk is not just nutrition.
It is information.
For decades, biology treated breast milk as simple fuel. Calories in. Growth out. But if milk were only calories, why would it change depending on the sex of the baby?
Katie kept digging.
Across more than 250 mothers and over 700 sampling events, the story grew more complex. Younger, first-time mothers produced milk with fewer calories but significantly higher levels of cortisol—the stress hormone.
The babies who drank it grew faster.
They were also more alert, more cautious, more anxious.
Milk wasn’t just building bodies.
It was shaping behavior.
Then came the discovery that changed everything.
When a baby nurses, microscopic amounts of saliva flow back into the breast. That saliva carries biological signals about the infant’s immune system. If the baby is getting sick, the mother’s body detects it.
Within hours, the milk changes.
White blood cells surge.
Macrophages multiply.
Targeted antibodies appear.
When the baby recovers, the milk returns to baseline.
This was not coincidence.
It was call and response.
A biological dialogue refined over millions of years. Invisible—until someone thought to listen.
As Katie reviewed existing research, she noticed something unsettling. There were twice as many scientific studies on erectile dysfunction as on breast milk composition.
The first food every human consumes.
The substance that shaped our species.
Largely ignored.
So she did something bold.
She launched a blog with a deliberately provocative name: Mammals Suck Milk.
It exploded. Over a million readers in its first year. Parents. Doctors. Scientists. People asking questions research had skipped.
The discoveries kept coming.
Milk changes by time of day.
Foremilk differs from hindmilk.
Human milk contains over 200 oligosaccharides babies can’t digest—because they exist to feed beneficial gut bacteria.
Every mother’s milk is biologically unique.
In 2017, Katie brought this work to a TED stage. In 2020, it reached a global audience through Netflix’s Babies. Today, at Arizona State University’s Comparative Lactation Lab, she continues reshaping how medicine understands infant development, neonatal care, formula design, and public health.
The implications are staggering.
Milk has been evolving for more than 200 million years—longer than dinosaurs walked the Earth. What we once dismissed as simple nourishment is one of the most sophisticated communication systems biology has ever produced.
Katie Hinde didn’t just study milk.
She revealed that nourishment is intelligence.
A living, responsive system shaping who we become before we ever speak.
All because one scientist refused to accept that half the story was “measurement error.”
Sometimes the biggest revolutions begin by listening to what everyone else ignores.

I had 2 interesting thought on this.
1) I seriously hope the contest part was 100% legit. Because with how big of an opportunity this is, with how much potential this has, also equally carries the risk to be a PR nightmare.
We've had way too many nepo-hire issues in this industry. Not that it's an inherently bad thing.
What I mean is hiding obvious nepo-hiring practices under the guise of giving everyone "a fair chance" when they had absolutely none at all.
One of the biggest culprit we ever saw of this being Vshojo. And funnily enough half of the people in this project are ex-vshojo so consider me concerned. Not that this was their fault. But being in an environment where unethical is the norm fucks with your perception of what's business appropriate.
And if you don't understand why this type of practice is deeply unethical and damaging to the VTuber industry. I don't know what to tell you.
2) considering how many stories I've heard of VTubers "gaslighting" and manipulating others to start doing NSFW content as "easy money/clout boost".
I think the fact that they are bared from even trying to join is pretty hilarious.
100% some VTuber ended up in this scenario where they should have listened to their guts and not do it. And ended up missing out on the chance to participate in this project.
If that happened to you. I'm sorry. It's a harsh lesson but one that we all need to learn at some point in our lives.
While I'm blessed with the fact I can work both in SFW and NSFW area without one negatively affecting the other.
Don't forget that a lot of the money behind this project comes from more traditional business. Where they absolutely do not share the tolerance a lot of the VTubing industry does with NSFW content.
I geuss it's a good reminder to everyone that your actions have consequences and the content you make will affect what you can and can't do. Consequences aren't necessarily punishments, and restrictions aren't necessarily moral judgments.
I have played Rimworld as a group of pacifist evangelists with CE to add non-lethal weapons before. Ideology system lets you get pretty close but total pacifism isn't really viable mechanically due to the stupid debuffs preventing you from even fighting in self defense effectively. But it was fun with a few caveats. Maybe I'll try that again on the new engine soon.

She's implying that she's participated in hookup culture and casual sex scenarios before, but he's the exception to the rule. The man clearly didn't know this before and is disgusted by the impression that he isn't someone who earned her affection in an innocent romance between equals, but is instead just the random guy she decided was the best fuck in order to not need another one. That impression would disgust any serious man.

Honestly I don't care much for vtuber drama.
But to catfish is disgusting regardless of how and why you do it. You ruin any trust anyone could ever have in you. It should be shunned.
I know of people who e-date with voice changers, and scam people out of money. Portraying themselves as women and it fucking disgusts me.
People need to start believing in themselves more. That they can be who they truly are and be loved and be successful regardless. That's ofc if they have the talent and personality for it

Armed guards at the door. Opioids offered on repeat. Apple Pay at my bedside. Welcome to the American Emergency Room.
The French think it bankrupts you. Americans think France does it for free. I’ve been to the ER in both. Both are wrong.
Mountain bike crash, dislocated and fractured shoulder. I’m French, I live in San Francisco, and I take slightly too many risks. Let’s compare.
Security
🇺🇸 Kaiser in Marin. Three armed guards and a metal detector. My phone set it off, so with my shoulder out of its socket I walked through again. And again. Then a pat-down.
🇫🇷 A couple of unarmed guys with walkie-talkies. Still not sure what they’re for.
Wait
🇺🇸 Three people in the waiting room. Seen in 15 to 30 minutes.
🇫🇷 Broken hand: packed room, 4 hours before anyone touched me.
Records
🇺🇸 Kaiser is vertically integrated. Insurer, hospital, doctors: one system. They had my file before I sat down.
🇫🇷 Every new doctor is a fresh context window. Zero history, maybe a printout from last time.
Infrastructure
🇺🇸 Small hospital, serious kit. Straight to the trauma bay: real bed, IV, vitals monitoring, ready for surgery if needed. All imaging on the spot.
🇫🇷 Broken hand: a plastic chair and a Doliprane.
Drugs
🇺🇸 Strong opioids were the default offer. I said no. They insisted. The doctor came in personally, confused why someone in that much pain would refuse. I stuck to Tylenol, an anti-inflammatory, to put the shoulder back in.
Yes, it hurt. No, I didn’t tap out. My mom is proud of me.
🇫🇷 Broken hand: Doliprane, opioids never mentioned. I have friends who got their shoulder popped back in with nothing at all.
US default: opioids. French default: Doliprane.
Bill
🇺🇸 Every nurse warned me: “You’re French, this bill is going to traumatize you.”
Before discharge, someone came to my bed to collect payment. Apple Pay, from the hospital bed. $300. For everything. On a ~$500/month Kaiser plan.
🇫🇷 A flat ~€20 ER fee, usually reimbursed by your mutuelle. The real bill shows up later, on your payslip (see below)
followup
🇺🇸 Kaiser called me right after to set up follow-up and physio, all in their system. So far, so good.
🇫🇷 Broken hand: discharged, figure it out yourself. A friend dislocated her finger. They put it back in wrong, sent her home with bad instructions, it locked up, and she needed surgery months later. Still not fixed.
“Free healthcare” in France
It’s not free when your marginal tax rate nears 70% with social charges. And if you want quality care fast, more and more people pay for private clinics anyway.
Verdict
One person, one data point. But the care was 10x better than anything I’ve had in France, for a price that’s completely fine.
France has a lot to learn.
And yes, I refused the narcotics to stay sharp enough to launch a NanoCorp from my hospital bed. Launch your first company run by an AI agent: nanocorp .so
Watching the Ember Paradox fallout right now. It holds minimal interest to me personally, but the social consequences are worth detailed commentary. In particular I'm seeing dozens of people all repeating variations of 'why is this a bad thing?' or 'who actually cares lol'.
These are people who frequently claimed to be 'right wing' or at least 'based' in some degree. Yet here they are, justifying it when a man infiltrates women's spaces by lying about his biological sex. He got women to trust him based on those lies. He got women to confide in him based on those lies. But we're supposed to just ignore this because 'he's on our side'.
No, he isn't. He's a parasite and a liar. There is no reframing this in any other capacity. It is simply disingenuous to do so. Ember lied about being a woman. Some will try and argue semantics such as 'but he never said X or Y, so he was never actually claiming to be a woman, he just let other people assume he was', and I will address these arguments directly.
It is very simple to debunk them when one views this through the lens of biological instinct. Women are creatures of consensus. They do not see the world the same way that men do. When the average, sane man looks at another man using a voice changer on a stream, our brains go 'this is clearly just someone pretending to be a woman as a gimmick. Of course they're not a real woman, it'd be stupid to think otherwise'.
Women by and large do not do this. They do not say to themselves 'I think this is a man pretending to be a woman'. They say to themselves 'do other women agree that this is a woman?' If the answer is yes, they will ignore what their brain is telling them in favour of the consensus. This is not some misogynistic screed; this is directly paraphrasing what many, many women have said to me directly, as well as a great deal of empirical research. You may dislike me putting it in such simple terms, but it is still true.
That is what makes the actions of men like Ember despicable. They are the kind of men who understand how women think and act. They abuse that knowledge to infiltrate women's spaces by creating a persona that says confidently enough that it is 'female' to be believed by real women. It doesn't matter if men believe they are women or not, they aren't the target audience. This is why the 'but he was honest about using a voice changer' argument is irrelevant. Women were still willing to believe he was another woman despite this, and he knew that.
When women dare to question this persona, they are immediately bullied and browbeaten by other people. They get told it 'isn't a big deal' or that 'they're making something out of nothing'. Thus, they start to doubt themselves and question whether they were right to stand up for themselves at all. This causes as much damage as violent left-wing radical transgender men forcing themselves onto women does. In both cases, you are deliberately refusing to acknowledge that a liar is trying to take advantage of women and force them to accept his preferred consensus of what reality is.
Seeing people defend a blatant liar is genuinely disgusting to me. It is an inversion of reality, a classic case of putting bad for good and good for bad. The liar is the good person, while those bringing the truth to light are the evil ones. Yuri Bezmenov is turning in his grave at this total propagandistic triumph.
Let me be very clear about all this, because it will be the only time I address it.
It is entirely wrong to claim to be a woman when you are a biological man. There is no grey area here. There is no 'but everyone knows the truth, it's purely a joke lol' get-out-of-jail-free clause. If you are a man pretending to be a woman and assuming the rights, privileges and social status of a woman, while entering their spaces, you are objectively evil and should be ejected from society without mercy.
I have zero interest in associating with or engaging with people who are so demoralized and incapable of reasoning that they do not see this as a self-evident truth. The only people I want to keep company with are loyal, trustworthy individuals who share my core values of honesty, decency and morality. If you want to take the side of the liar who wrote in graphic detail about children getting raped and snuffed, you are not someone I want to associate with.
In conclusion, I have this final quote to share:
"When people are forced to remain silent when they are being told the most obvious lies, or even worse when they are forced to repeat the lies themselves, they lose once and for all their sense of probity. To assent to obvious lies is in some small way to become evil oneself. One's standing to resist anything is thus eroded, and even destroyed. A society of emasculated liars is easy to control." - Theodore Dalrymple
