@Uber help? We took an Uber in Rome and accidentally left something behind. But we’re having trouble getting in touch with a human to ask if the driver found the item. Communication thru the app isn’t working.

Calling the driver, but the call drops. We get alerts for messages in the app, but the messages themselves don't show. Calling Uber is just a phone tree that never arrives to a human. Tried FB messaging, but the AI keeps referring back to the app. Other ideas? @uber?
