Without having played it but knowing the original, I think it’ll get a low 90s score.
1. OOT was revolutionary for its time. But some of the crude mechanics and world segmenting doesn’t age great.
2. There are far more reviewers, and many don’t like these kinds of games. There’s a very real anti-Nintendo bias that will bring down the score average
3. Especially after how revolutionary BOTW/TOTK were, this will feel a bit dated I think, even with all its additions.
Would love to be wrong though.

Experience of a lifetime. I spent time with Pixar’s Chief Creative Officer, Pete Docter, last night. Younger me, who wanted to always be a Disney animator, freaked out.
We talked about Toy Story, Inside Out, and— of course— adapting Coco for Kingdom Hearts 4. When I asked him about the challenges involved in bringing Coco into a more interactive medium, where the player takes a more active role in exploring the story, he discussed that, while he doesn’t have direct involvement with its creation, the adaptation involves the same tension that Imagineers have: “Instead of plot, you think about path.” The storytelling goes into every aspect of the player’s exploration possibilities.
I cannot WAIT to see what they have in store for us in KH4!
