I've never made money with my content before. I've had offers for sponsors from crypto and boosting services but have declined as I refuse to beholden to a master I don't morally align with the vision of/can't critique.
The one sponsor I did have (8 years ago) I declined payout for a bigger discount code. Pretty sure no one but me used it, I wanted cheaper @GamerSupps.
On X I am far off from the metrics for monetization. My post on here aren't engagement bait for a payout but my pure dogshit opinions or genuine questions for my fellow Warcraft dorks.
The Meta payout isn't much, but being a frugal fellow IRL I feel it gives me an opportunity to invest back into improving my content without having budget for it with my traditional income. Will probably look into saving up for PC for recording and editing shorts using in-game models. With my current setup it's not always the best quality for what I want to produce.
Despite there being financial incentive now I plan to continue doing as I always have. I'm in it for the love of the game and love of the sh*tpost. Let the memes flow I say.
