Privacy is a fundamental human right. One of the very foundations of cryptocurrency. Seems too many have forgotten that as they beg for institutional regulation. Sovereignty takes work. Richard Heart, Day 18.
Saturday. Nothing new on the record.
Tomorrow is β Nov 1, Finland's first window.
If a request lands, a serious source will probably publish it.
If it gets extended, same.
If nothing shows up, the line stays:
No public confirmation of an extradition request yet.

π Bitcoin whitepaper hits 18 years as @_pulseheartwin_ contrasts it with the Binance hack
π @LibertySwapFi doubles down on native Tornado Cash, Railgun & Privacy Pools v2 push for PulseChain
β³ Day 18: Richard Heart case still awaiting Finland's extradition window per earlier reports
Full article & crypto details below:
β€οΈ THE RICHARD HEART CASE
Day 18 since @RichardHeartWin's Oct 14 Istanbul detention. No new confirmed court ruling or extradition filing surfaced in this window β the Finland "first window" scenario flagged in earlier reports (βNov 1) remains unconfirmed and still ahead. Status unchanged: detained, not convicted.
π₯ THE PULSE CROWD
Halloween weekend brought a lighter, more playful tone to the community, mixed with genuine privacy-infrastructure news and a steady drumbeat of reflection on the Bitcoin whitepaper's 18th birthday.
- @LibertySwapFi delivered the standout development of the window, telling @Clem3ntComments: "We also need native Tornado Cash, Railgun, and Privacy Pools v2 protocols on PulseChain," adding the team is "reaching out to other teams, exploring opportunities for collaboration" to make unified privacy infrastructure happen. The account also spent much of the afternoon untangling a blocking mishap, apologizing to @BeatsOverWei and @brisology after accidentally blocking legitimate accounts while fending off "anonymous accounts" pressuring them with "baseless accusations."
- @_pulseheartwin_ marked the Bitcoin whitepaper's 18th anniversary with a pointed contrast: "18 years later, a $6.3B hack hit the biggest centralized exchange. The whitepaper never said 'trust an exchange.' Hold your own keys." A separate Halloween post leaned into the holiday theme, framing HEX's lack of "admin keys... upgrades... pause button" as the opposite of "real crypto horror stories" like drained exchanges.
- @Peplord highlighted continued builder activity despite the rocky week, noting "Alex McWhirter has launched a beta blockchain explorer, with more features planned" and that "Piteas is testing a major upgrade to improve swap routing, speed and efficiency" β framed as proof that "builders keep building."
- @SAINTwolfVISION kept things festive with a simple "Happy Hard Halloween π" reply to @LibertySwapFi, part of a broader wave of light holiday banter running through the PulseChain community timeline.
- @VexicanHexican weighed in on a Binance/CZ control thread tagging @RichardHeartWin, offering a terse "He'd have control" β a reminder that community chatter around exchange centralization concerns is still simmering after the hack.
- @AWildSJ and @dr_pegger stayed largely in short reply-mode this window, trading brief acknowledgments ("Awesome :)") rather than new case or market commentary, reflecting a quieter Saturday afternoon cadence overall.

π ON CHAIN
- No new PulseChain bridge inflow/outflow or TVL figures were reported by monitored accounts this window.
- No fresh wallet-movement or whale-transaction data disclosed for PLS or HEX in this scan cycle.
- Builder-side infrastructure notes only (beta explorer, swap-routing upgrade) per @Peplord β no quantified volume or TVL data attached.
π THE BIGGER PICTURE
- @Cointelegraph reports the Binance hack was "larger than the next 10 largest hacks combined," underscoring the scale of the incident still reverberating through market sentiment.
- @coinbureau warns that 12 DeFi websites were hijacked overnight and turned into wallet drainers using a kit called "Step Drainer," which fakes wallet pop-ups across more than 20 blockchains; roughly $138,000 has been traced so far (Solana and Aptos losses excluded), with affected projects including Flap, Kintsu, Pickle Finance and others β figure described as partial and still being tallied.
- @zerohedge reports hyperscalers burned $31 billion in Q3 while Goldman Sachs warned "the AI earnings boom has stopped accelerating," a potential headwind for tech-correlated risk assets.
- @DeFiTracer posed an open question to @grok on whether Bitcoin hits $82K or $76K first β framed as speculative community prompting, not a forecast.
- @RippleXrpie reports Trump said Europe is becoming "unrecognizable" due to mass migration, economic decline and energy policy, and separately flagged the EU's adoption of a new proposal to release another β¬45 billion to Ukraine β political claims to treat as attributed commentary, not neutral fact.
β‘ PAPERBOY RADAR
π₯ Pulse Crowd: @LibertySwapFi pushes native Tornado Cash, Railgun, Privacy Pools v2 for PulseChain.
π On-Chain: No new bridge, TVL, or wallet-movement data reported this window.
π Bigger Picture: Binance hack scale, DeFi drainer wave, and AI-spending slowdown dominate macro chatter.
β€οΈ Case: Day 18 of detention continues; no new legal filing confirmed.
ποΈ THE LAST DROP
Halloween weekend stayed quiet on hard data but meaningful on infrastructure: @LibertySwapFi's push for native Tornado Cash, Railgun, and Privacy Pools v2 on PulseChain is the real signal buried in the holiday banter, alongside steady builder progress from Alex McWhirter's explorer and Piteas' swap upgrade. Macro backdrop stays shaky β the Binance hack's scale, a fresh wave of DeFi wallet-drainer attacks, and Goldman's warning on slowing AI earnings all point to caution rather than conviction heading into November. The Richard Heart case sits at Day 18 with nothing new to report, leaving the Finland extradition timeline still speculative. Net effect: builders keep shipping, privacy infrastructure gets real attention, and the broader market waits for its next catalyst rather than manufacturing one from the weekend's chatter.
Which development matters more to you right now β PulseChain's native privacy push or the broader market's shaky macro signals?

Every day is a zero-day.
Literally everyone is in bunker mode right now, fighting for survival.
If your products can withstand this environment, they will have a much better chance of surviving in the age of AI-assisted hacking.
Our team has spent countless hours auditing dependencies, reviewing code, testing vulnerabilities, and burning enormous amounts of AI tokens on security audits and testing.
We know that no software is completely immune to attacks, but we are doing everything we can to minimize risks and strengthen our defenses.

Good morning, PulseChain friends! π½
We are aware of the recent unfair criticism and attacks directed at our team, business, and products. We would like to share a few thoughts with the community.
First, we have no interest in repeating the mistakes made by some projects and developers on PulseChain in 2023 and 2024. We have seen how closed-minded attitudes, unnecessary conflicts, poorly designed products, and, in some cases, outright scams have damaged trust and hurt our community.
We believe PulseChain deserves better.
We welcome new builders, developers, and entrepreneurs with open arms. We are always happy to collaborate, share knowledge, and support anyone genuinely trying to make PulseChain better. However, attacking other teams to gain attention or recognition is not a healthy way to build a business or earn the communityβs trust.
Our advice is simple: Focus on your own work. Build your own products. Let your contributions speak for themselves.
For those who have been part of PulseChain for years but have yet to deliver meaningful, functional products, we respectfully encourage you to reflect on what can be improved. If 3 years have passed without meaningful progress, we should ask ourselves what needs to change to make the next 3 years different.
We are not perfect, and we certainly do not have all the answers. We make mistakes, learn from them, and work hard to improve every day.
We are a small, self-funded team of 15 people, doing our best to maintain, secure, and improve our products while serving the community. Our resources are limited, and every hour spent dealing with unnecessary hostility is an hour we could have spent building something useful.
PulseChain has already experienced years of challenges, disappointing projects, lost investments, rug-pulls and thieves, and unrealized promises. We do not believe more division and personal attacks will help us move forward.
We would rather compete through innovation, reliability, security, and the quality of our work than through hostility or personal attacks.
There is room for everyone to build and succeed here. No single team owns PulseChain, and no developer should feel threatened by another teamβs progress.
We sincerely wish every honest builder success. If your products make PulseChain stronger, we will be happy to see you succeed, whether you work with us or not.
Letβs spend less time fighting one another and more time building a better, safer, and more resilient PulseChain in Mr Heartβs absence.
That is what our team intends to do.
With respect and appreciation to everyone who continues to build and support this ecosystem.

β³ Day 18: Richard Heart case enters key Finland extradition window per @_pulseheartwin_
Full article & crypto details below:
β€οΈ THE RICHARD HEART CASE
Day 18 since @RichardHeartWin's Oct 14 Istanbul detention. @_pulseheartwin_ flagged that Finland's "first window" for a possible extradition filing opens around November 1 (Sunday), laying out three unconfirmed scenarios: a public extradition request, an extension toward roughly November 23, or continued silence with no official confirmation either way. No court ruling or filing has actually surfaced yet β this is a forward-looking timeline post, not new legal confirmation. Status remains: detained, not convicted.
π₯ THE PULSE CROWD
The community mood this morning mixes reflective Richard Heart tributes, continued dark humor over the Binance hack fallout, and scattered market-season debates, with engagement holding steady despite the red macro backdrop.
- @_pulseheartwin_ posted a tribute framing Richard Heart's message in humble terms: "Richard never asked anyone to worship him. 'I'm just a tool for the message.' The message: stop gambling, delay gratification." The account also shared an older "Born broke" throwback clip contrasting Heart's early life with his later success, part of a steady cadence of nostalgic posts through the Friday night into Saturday morning window.
- @goldcrumpet kept hammering a skeptical timeline of Binance's hack history, listing "May 2019 ~$40-41 million 7,000 BTC," "Oct 2022 ~$570 million," and "Oct 29, 2026 ~$6.3 billion," captioned "SUS" β pattern-spotting commentary, not verified analysis. The account also questioned CZ's continued operational involvement despite a prior court ruling on his CEO status, asking "why is he so involved?"
- @yourfriendSOMMI offered a season-cycle warning to the community: "Every year in Crypto, there are multiple seasons. They always change... Relying on a Season to make money is for the top 0.1% of insiders," urging followers to focus on long-term BTC, ETH, and alt holdings rather than timing narratives.
- @Hexangelo5 stayed light and social, trading GM greetings and a cryptic "18 years ago today" nod alongside a "Gunpowder, treason and plot" reply β low-key engagement rather than market commentary, reflecting steady community presence through the weekend.
- @CrusherHODL kept its signature high-energy one-liners flowing with an enthusiastic "$MC" shoutout, continuing its pattern of brief but spirited project call-outs that regularly draw community replies.
- @dr_pegger engaged in several Richard Heart-tagged reply threads overnight, though without disclosing new case specifics β more a signal of continued community attention on the detention story than a source of fresh information.
π₯ Today's Pulse Crowd Voices: @_pulseheartwin_, @goldcrumpet, @yourfriendSOMMI, @Hexangelo5, @CrusherHODL, @dr_pegger
π ON CHAIN
- No new PulseChain bridge inflow/outflow or TVL figures were reported by monitored accounts this window.
- No fresh ProveX or @zkxwallet infrastructure updates surfaced in this scan cycle.
- No new PLS or HEX wallet-movement data disclosed by monitored accounts.
π THE BIGGER PICTURE
- @coinbureau reports Bitcoin ETFs saw nearly $650 million in net outflows on October 30, with -$643.2M marking the largest single-day withdrawal since June, as markets absorbed fallout from the Binance hack.
- @cryptorover notes Bitcoin is on track to close a fourth consecutive red weekly candle, remarking "So much for Uptober" after a month dominated by downside price action.
- @Cointelegraph marks the Bitcoin whitepaper's 18th anniversary, noting Satoshi's original peer-to-peer cash vision now sees Wall Street among its largest holders.
- @BullTheoryio reports Iran's Supreme Leader ordered the military to launch an "immediate response without geographical limitations" to any US attack, per IRNA, while @Reuters separately reports an Iranian provincial official's claim that US forces attacked fishing boats off Qeshm Island β unconfirmed geopolitical escalation worth monitoring for market impact.
- @pete_rizzo_ is promoting new Bitcoin-focused interviews assessing quantum-computing threats to the network, alongside a reminder to research pro-crypto candidates ahead of upcoming elections via Stand With Crypto.
β‘ PAPERBOY RADAR
π₯ Pulse Crowd: Community mixes Richard Heart tributes, Binance-hack humor, and season-cycle debates.
π On-Chain: No new bridge, TVL, or wallet-flow data reported this window.
π Bigger Picture: Bitcoin ETFs post largest outflow since June amid Iran tensions and a fourth red weekly candle.
What development are you watching closest heading into November β the Finland extradition window, or Bitcoin's next move?
ποΈ THE LAST DROP
Markets stayed defensive overnight. Bitcoin ETFs just logged their worst single-day outflow since June, and a fourth straight red weekly candle has crypto Twitter mourning "Uptober" that never came. Layer in fresh Iran-US tensions flagged by @BullTheoryio and @Reuters, and risk appetite looks thin heading into the weekend.
On the PulseChain side, it's a quieter news cycle β no bridge or TVL movement to report, but the community's attention is fixed on November 1, when Finland's first extradition-related window opens in the Richard Heart case. Nothing is confirmed yet, just scenarios on the table.
Meanwhile Bitcoin's whitepaper turned 18, a reminder of how far the asset has traveled from its cypherpunk roots to Wall Street balance sheets. Between geopolitical noise, ETF outflows, and a pending legal timeline, the next week could set tone for both macro crypto sentiment and the PulseChain community's biggest ongoing story.
