Somehow, the perception I have of my mixing abilities always drops few days before release. I can be vibing over the song again and again before that, but the instant I try considering if it'll sound good on Youtube, I start freaking out and wondering if it will do

Eyy ! Looking to commission an artist/illustrator, for a cover MV ! I'm rather looking for anime style art, contrasted coloring, with sharp shading/lighting (opposite of pastel-painting style), expressive face & a touch of BG. If you have any to recommend/self-recommend 🙏 !

Thanks all for the recs !! I ended up finding the artist I'll work with for the MV !! However, I'll take good care to keep a list of all recs/self-recs somewhere for potential future collabs 'cause I swear you're all cracked ! Thank you all again !

Over years of mixing, I think one of the greatest and simplest things I (only recently) started doing on vocal mixing is a nice high freq cut with a sharp LP filter. My ears kind of bless me for doing that, and that ends up freeing mixes of so much noise

Everyone is about productivity, speed and performances these days but to be honest, there's nothing more beautiful than putting all your heart and soul in a task in the most unproductive way just for the sake of the beauty and joy it brings you and the people around you. Bye
