Streamers only complain about this because it affects them with the possible chargeback fee. They wouldn't complain when it's any other service they use themself.
Instead of complaining maybe consider giving ideas how to prevent/fix the chargeback fee issue.
One possible option: Twitch only charges the subscribing person after 14 days. Similar to my credit card charging my bank account at the start of a new month.
