Maybe I'm just one of my moods, but if you are still organizing in the CPUSA that is way more LARP than organizing in the DSA.
I will say my problems with Stalinists is the one I know did the Egg Prime Directive to me for a year and also made bar trivia night awkward when she went on a tangent saying the Holmordor was not really intentional
I think a big part of why I am in DSA is that I think it is the only left wing group/org that will be able to fight for material gains for trans liberation/rights.
Every other left group/formation/party is at worst a dead end and at best inadequate to the task
