I guess the best way to deal with this AI hatred is just to ignore it and keep creating. I've seen AI-friendly accounts argue back with these fools, and at the end, it's yelling at a brick wall. These people are not individuals thinking freely; they are part of a one-brain collective. That brain is propagated with corporate agendas blanketed with social reasons that never make sense. Few examples: 1) They hate AI because they claim that creating AI art destroys the Earth’s water. But then they champion "real art" that uses paper for hand drawings, etc., which has caused the killing of millions of trees. They cry about AI flyers but don't mind destroying a forest to get the paper for the flyers 🤷 So using water is bad, but destroying wilderness where animals live and that life needs to sustain is okay... 🤔 2) AI art is fake-generated art. But most of the complainers create digital art on a computer...it's like the Spider-Man pointing at the other Spider-Man meme; neither art was created with a brush and human hands. 🤔 3) AI art and music are trained off of other human artists. Human artists have been training off of different artists’ art styles and themes for years. Artists often get motivations or ideas from other work to create their own. Theirs even art classes in school, which teach art styles from specific artists of the past. 🤔 So just off of these three facts , I've come to the conclusion that their reasons for the hatred don’t make any sense, and the hatred is created by propaganda and algorithms ....just like they do to us with politics and religion.... same old tactics that we fall for all the time. So with that said, I'm going back to writing my music and creating songs. I can't spend every day arguing with weirdos who wouldn't say half of the shit they say online to my face. I love art and music, period. I've loved it all my life. Both art and music have helped me get through so many dark times… even recently… I wrote my last two projects going through a lot…and in doing so, it helped me get through it all.
