Michael Desronvil said he concluded Clancy was guilty based on the evidence presented in court.

No. It has nothing to do with race and "racist" is a dismissive accusation.
When you import any large group of foreign people, no matter who or where, and implant them into another place all at once, it discourages assimilation because human nature is to rally around commonality. So, you get a bunch of people from the same place who come together and start creating something like an outpost for the place they came from. The more you import, the more this cultural shift happens, and the more the natives begin losing their own cultural normality.
I don't understand why people believe it's racist to point this out.

My priors on this:
(1) I have lived in India. I have worked in India. I enjoyed my time there.
(2) I have multiple friends who are Texans of Indian descent, who are patriotic, conservative, and major assets to the country.
(3) Nonetheless, Bo French was correct in playing the Donald Trump role here-- which is somewhat rudely getting at an essential truth that the establishment refused to discuss-- which is the total demographic transformation of Texas (and by extension the country) with the active participation of the so-called "conservative" leadership of Texas.
What might be an asset with a very limited number of highly-skilled immigrants becomes a major liability with an order of magnitude more people who are less skilled immigrants.
(4) This leads to cultural, ethnic, and religious balkanization and the erasure of Texas' historical majority. It's a not-so-great replacement.
(5) Much of this transformation happened by illegal immigration, visa fraud, and other questionable practices, which are being documented on X every day, and which mostly are continuing. The Trump administration is working hard to shut these practices down, but needs to redouble their efforts.
(6) Many of those "conservative" leaders helpfully outed themselves as saboteurs by piling on French to show that they weren't "racist." They weren't prepared for the ferocious and justified pushback they got, because the New Right is not willing to assume the supine beautiful losers posture that characterized the American right for decades on questions of immigration and national identity.
(7) The reactions of Cornyn and Paxton emphasized this split perfectly. Cornyn was one of the first major GOP politicians to virtue signal on the issue.
He'll talk about "intolerance" and racism" without addressing the central question: Whether importing tens of millions of foreigners, many with thin or nonexistent cultural ties to the country, makes America stronger or weaker.
He won't answer that question because he is completely implicated in that terrible transformation.
(8) Paxton, meanwhile, refused to take the bait and correctly changed the focus to the fanatical anti-White racist comments of his Democrat opponent, which is where John Cornyn, were he an actual conservative, would be putting his focus.
(9) We need Ken Paxton in the Senate.
And once again, Cornyn showed why our voters were absolutely correct to kick him to the curb.
I condemn racism in all its forms, including James Talarico saying white men are America's top terror threat and that he prays to overcome his own 'whiteness,' whatever that means. Only one person in this race has a history of dividing Texans by race, and it’s James Talarico. I will continue to focus on uniting our State and bringing together the broadest possible coalition to fight for Texas, our values, and our families.

Last night, I went to confession for the first time since I was 18 years old.
I sat down across from the priest and told him that. More than two decades had passed since the last time I had entered a confessional.
Then I asked him a strange question:
“Do you know what a detransitioner is?”
He said yes.
So I told him my story.
I told him that I had lived as a transgender man for seven years. That last June, I finally admitted publicly that I had been wrong. That I detransitioned. That today I accept something I spent years running from:
I am a woman.
I told him what followed. The anger. The attacks. The people from every corner and every side who have come after me for speaking openly about what happened to me and for refusing to pretend that I believe something I no longer believe.
But none of that was really why I was sitting there.
I wasn’t there to confess what other people had done to me.
I was there to confess what I had done to myself.
For seven years, I told myself I was a man.
And beneath everything else - the politics, the activism, the arguments, the labels, the endless noise - I needed to ask God to forgive me for lying to myself about who I was.
So I did.
And I was forgiven.
After more than two decades away from confession, I walked out of that church with something I didn’t walk in with:
A sense of purpose.
There is something incredibly liberating about realizing that I do not need absolution from the internet. I don’t need it from activists. I don’t need it from people who hate me. I don’t need it from people who resent me, misunderstand me, gossip about me, or think I should spend the rest of my life apologizing for telling the truth about my own life.
I asked God for forgiveness.
And God forgave me.
That’s the judgment that matters to me now.
Everyone else can stay mad.

This is how to fix voting in a constitutional republic:
-You must be a net taxpayer, not collecting without contributing, in order to vote
-There should be household voting, weighted for larger households
-Only those subject to mandatory selective service get to vote, unless the draft is abolished entirely
You would never have a democratic socialist again.

A mistrial is a better outcome than the alternative, but that doesn't change the insane and shameful fact that a woman brutally slaughtered all of her children, confessed to the crime, and was not convicted for it. This country is in a very dark place.
