The place I'm at for my solo birthday trip is an all inclusive resort that includes:
- A daily 50 min spa treatment
- Food/Alcohol - but good real food and healthy options, not Tyson chicken nuggets and pizza like other all inclusive (including fine dining options)
- watersports (skiing, sailing, kayaking etc)
-fitness classes (yoga, Pilates, pole dancing, aquafit, etc)
-sports lessons (golf, tennis, archery, personal training, etc)
-scuba diving
And that's just scratching the surface.

Stop telling autistic/AuDHD folks just to put themselves out there and network when we ask for help finding work. Some of us struggle with relationship building or simply have limited energetic capacity, and a lot of times putting ourselves out there puts us right back into burnout because it requires masking and constant threat assessment.
Instead if you know someone or know of AuDHD friendly job boards refer us.
