$NFLX apparently the company doesn't like being a public company. It's into withholding the key driver of profit growth...subscriber growth. They used to report it, but when growth plateaued they stopped on the premise that use engagement was the magic metric.

Now, when user engagement takes a breather, they cut back on how often they report it. Make no mistake, despite what they may want you to believe, the business model is dependent on growing the subscriber base.

Thus far the import of the defense argument for no tv coverage of #TylerRobinson trial is that coverage after hearings has been prejudicial. My take. Regardless of whether it's covered on tv, there will be media present and they will react and report. Let the public see it and evaluate for themselves. #TylerRobinson

Ironic. Media expert, testifying for defense in hearing on tv coverage, cites ABA rule on attorney extra-judicial statements on cases. Arguably Nester, one of Robinson's attorneys, violated it in Richins trial by issuing a public statement while the jury was deliberating. #KouryRichinsTrial #TylerRobinson

Why doesn't the prosecution just abandon using dna evidence at the preliminary hearing? Seems that there is more than enough other evidence to establish probable cause. The only argument defense is making for delay is the dna evidence. #TylerRobinson

I'm persuaded by the prosecution's later argument. Let the prosecution put on the dna evidence at the prelim and let the defense make arguments at the hearing. The court has the ability to deem the evidence unreliable and not rely on it.
