Today one of KY’s Finest, Trooper Hayden Phillips, made the ultimate sacrifice. Behind the badge was a man with a family, brothers & sisters in gray, & a grateful Commonwealth. Detectives from the AG’s Office were on the scene & will continue to support our KSP colleagues.
With the midterms just weeks away, I was proud to speak with @UofLCRs about our work to take on violent crime and keep Kentucky families safe.

Thank you to @kyoag for co-leading this letter to Congress calling for the total repeal of the NFA requirements imposed upon Suppressors, SBRs, and SBSs.
The @SilencerShop v. ATF case is incredible, but there’s a lot of logistics to it. I look forward to clarifying guidance so FFLs aren’t living in fear when they transfer suppressors they have every right to transfer, but Congress can fix this right now and repeal the NFA!
Our AG is right, our rights must be universal. Let’s protect the Second Amendment for ALL Americans.
