Hi Alex, yep if you can't see it in expired passes: login to the ticket website, click your name, scroll down to season tickets, click the box with the arrow, then click mobile season ticket, then click the box with the arrow next to the ticket link and this will pop it back in to your wallet. If you have any issues let me know and I'll send you over a ticket and we'll take a look in to your account.

The pass will still work on the turnstile even if the listed match name is showing as a previous game, so you can either scan in with your ticket as normal tonight and then it should update normally for the next fixture, or you can delete your current Seaon ticket from your wallet, then redownload it from the ticket website. 1. Login 2. Click your name 3. Scroll down to the Season ticket section 4. Click the box with the arrow pointing upwards 5. Click Mobile season ticket - then click the arrow pointing upwards 6. This should add your ticket back in to your wallet again and should be displaying the correct match.

Hi Andy, tickets won't be loaded on to season ticket cards for this match. I've just had a look and the email with your Brentford ticket was sent to you on the 4th August at 20:39. You can also download your ticket by logging in to your account, clicking your name, then tickets. I will email over a copy of the original email confirmation.

Hiya, when you are in the basket and have the ticket assigned to your name, a little orange 1 will pop up on the voucher icon, if you click that, then click the downward arrow on the right hand side, then click the voucher and then 'use promo code' and this will apply it to your basket.

Hi Ned, if an ST holder converts it to a match ticket and selects mobile ticket to text it to someone or saves it as a PDF to send on, then the ST holder will get the full 10 loyalty points. If they pass on the ticket to someone in their F&F via the ticketing website by assigning it to someone from their friends list, they won't gain points, and the family/friend will only gain 6 points for the fixture IF they are at least a lite member. So if you are in a situation where you need to send your ticket to someone else for a certain match, it's best, points wise, to keep it under your name and convert it to a match ticket, then text a mobile link or save a PDF of the ticket for the person to use.

Hi Pete, as mentioned below for the cup games Plus members will need to pop the ticket in to their baskets and the price will change to £0 upon checkout, did you attend the EFL Trophy match against Wycombe? If you did please email me on [email protected] and I will issue you a refund for this match. If you go in to the details of Plus on the OneRoyal webpage, it mentions the eligible matches. Therefore you will be able to redeem a ticket for the Brentford match with your Plus membership, you just need to select the ticket and when you go to checkout it will change to a free ticket. We will be sending out email communications to Plus and Elites this time to let them know how to redeem their free tickets.

Have you opened the wallet app rather than opening it from double clicking on the side? if you open the wallet app, then click the 3 dots in the right hand corner, then click expired, then if you click the eye symbol at the bottom right of the screen, then click unhide, it should add it back in to your wallet - if you have any trouble with it please send a screenshot to [email protected] so I can see what it looks like for you and I can advise you on the steps from there.
