Max spots Seb.
Max: “Seb!😃”
Seb, mid-interview, hears him 😄and jumps straight out of his chair.
Max weaves through people like it’s Turn 1.
Then meet halfway, grinning like idiots.
🤝 Max: “All good!? I’ll see you later.”
😏 Seb: “Yeah… thank you 🥰”
ahhh.. my heart!

A thoughtful response from Max in which I feel very similarly.
I know I don't enjoy F1 in the same ways as many people, and that's okay. But in order for F1 to hang on to the new, booming audience, can we give them something more substantial to hang onto that will continue to captivate them for years to come... Not just a weekend per year. Formula One needs to do both.

Whilst a full explanation of what happened yesterday is always welcome, there are lots of words in this statement. Surely ‘sorry’ should have been first on the list? Such a shame that it wasn’t the first, the last, or anywhere

Remarkably, a statement of over 600 words and not one of them is the word "sorry", "apologize" or "regret".
This is an explanation of what happened yesterday (12 hours after the end of FP2) but reads far too much like an excuse than anything to address the fans who lost out #F1

If #F1 really did just assume the drain covers would probably just be fine without securely welding them down, then that’s a pretty fundamental oversight.
You can have the big glamorous production but you also need to get the basics right.
Looking forward to FP2… hopefully!

Having watched this a few times I think there are some good overtaking opportunities which hopefully leads to a good race. The braking for T14 might be hard to get right esp lap 1! The pit exit is tricky esp for those on track that use that line. Drivers will have a chance to give feedback on this tonight though! #VegasGP

Fred Vasseur: "We damaged completely the monocoque, the engine, the battery. I think it’s just unacceptable.
It cost us a fortune. We fucked up the session for Carlos. We won’t be part of FP2 for sure. I think it’s just unacceptable for F1 today."
