I often get asked why I want my tickets in the face-off D-zone for my season tickets... this is why.

Another favorite player to the NHL. Being an AHL fan sucks sometimes. Im so happy for him, but picking a new favorite every 2-3 years is exhausting.

End of summer update I guess... Mr. Rabbott caused an accident. We are incredibly lucky that hes ok, who he hit is ok, etc. But it does leave us in a bit of a rough spot... with our insurance we are starting at nothing for a new car for him. Its stressful, but we'll be ok.

One game seems... easy? That hit was hard to watch.

So... my kid cheered more today... yay for the win, but if this kid doesnt learn to understand the damage/pain he might be causing for later 😅 luckily this was the last game for him until after his recovery time!

As we wait for take two of the purple game. I've explained to someone that the blurring of the paint is not an indicator of poor ice conditions, but just remnants of the ice melting from 1.5 weeks ago. They fixed the ice, not the paint.

No Wally again tonight. Glad Truscott is getting more time in the AHL, but 2 in a row as a healthy scratch for Wally doesnt say great things.

This is the worst week for the Griffins to have off (until Friday)... of course we got awful news today and my favorite escape doesnt exsist until Friday 😮‍💨 I've officially cried more in an hour learning of her passing than I did for both of my blood grandparents combined.
